6/10We were very disappointed that we couldn’t order multiple rice dishes for the table. We were told they can only cook one type of rice dishes per table. It seemed odd to us.

10/10We came in at 13 o’clock and had a delicious lunch. Humus with Pistachio and Basil was great, as well as Fideuá. Cheese Cake and French Toast as deserts were to die for … The service was great.

8/10Last time I was there (about three years ago) I was blown away by the food and the attentive service, easily five stars then. This time I wasn't quite so impressed, even if it was still very good. The meny was a bit different, and not always for the better. The Rodaballo was a bit too mild/bland, but the croquetas are still some of the best in Spain. So, very good, but not quite perfect this time.

9.5/10The Arroz, the friendly staff and the great location make this an almost 100% fantastic experience. The only, very little improvement area is the background music, 80/90:s pophits and power ballads do not make it for me 😊

9.5/10Amazing food! The dishes were innovative, good quality and beautifully presented with a smile. The bar has an ambient atmosphere and we will definitely visit again. It is on the pricey side but well worth it.

6.5/10Very good food, even delicious but not enough petoncles on our rice (only 2/person) for 24€! And two gambas for 26€ with anything else! So expensive for what it is, even if the food was very good!

5.5/10The food was very good , but although I don't eat a lot, the portions were so small that you could eat your plate in 3 bites. Comparing these portions to the price you pay, you would expect more. The service wasn't in line with the image of the restaurant neither . Instagram worthy yes - but if you are looking for a real restaurant experience, I would not recommend it.

10/10This restaurant was a great find, the staff were very helpful and recommended some dishes we wouldn't have known to try and they were delicious. Best fish we have had in a long time, we will be coming back!

5.5/10this restaurant has a high ranking and food wise we where only partly dissapointed however the staff was just rude and unfriendly. Living ourselves in Alicante and being for the first time at this restaurant we will not return. A restaurant in this higher price category should employ more inviting waiters. Foodwise the ceviche at e 17 was really nice , the arroz with tuna and shrimps ( 2....) was very average at 18, e pp!!!.

5/10No cocktails available and a lot of dishes were out as well. Waiters more or less scared to come and serve us as we are non Spanish speakers. Food was good though

9.5/10Food was fantastic, served very quickly by a very nice waitress. They fit us in for a lunch on short notice, but we could have walked in (it was a Monday). A little bit lax on the mask wearing indoors, but most of the staff were very good otherwise. A lovely lunch.

10/10We had read the reviews prior to booking and agree Alma de Barra is a great choice! We loved the choice of food. The octopus paella was amazing! Plus the tapas we chose was all so well presented and tasty. The service too was fantastic. Would highly recommend!
