10/10Absolutely! Hier is een korte recensie in het Engels, onder de 1000 tekens: ⸻ We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was truly delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommended!

2.5/10The food was disgusting. I felt as though we were eating stuff straight from a can or it was supermarket brand stuff. Honestly the worst food I have eaten in years. The restaurant also absolutely stank, the stench mainly coming from the pile of unwashed dishes right next to our table.

At Almoradux, we work daily with fresh market produce, treated with care and technique — nothing we serve comes from cans or industrial sources, and we’re transparent about the origins and preparation of our dishes. These kinds of claims are not only false, but deeply disrespectful to the work of our kitchen team. As for the comment regarding cleanliness, we maintain strict hygiene protocols in line with health regulations. There is no pile of dirty dishes near any guest seating — this statement simply does not reflect the reality of our restaurant. We always welcome constructive criticism that helps us improve, but baseless and harmful accusations serve no purpose and do not reflect the experience of the vast majority of our guests. The food was exquisite: we had a series of tapas and we all loved it: the anchovies eggplant, the ensaladilla, the croquetas, the calamari. The wine recommended paired nicely with with the food. We had tiramisu pistachio (recommended by our waiter) and loved it. Same with the mango desert: very nice and refreshing! Our waiter was friendly and professional. The only thing I would change is the lighting: I found the bright white light quite strong, and I would have preferred a softer yellow light, but that’s just a personal preference.

We dined at this restaurant during a few days' holiday in Seville, attracted by the offer of "the Fork" and the good reviews there. What can I say... I didn't expect such high quality and inventiveness. In particular the "asparagus and anchovies from Navarra", the "red tuna neck (almadraba)" and the fabulous "red mullet sashimi, ajoverde and aguachile apple granita" have been our preferred dishes. I must renew my compliments to the chef who was able to invent these truly successful combinations. To complete, a surprising "mango cream with mint ice cream and aged rum granita" allowed us a truly perfect conclusion. Impeccable service and customer care guaranteed top marks. Thank you so much for the beautiful (and good) evening.

9.5/10Very friendly owner / chef , nothing was a problem, the food delicious a flavory , wine / white / well offered, at the mommentum the calle / street / in front of restaurant under construction , so not easy to get in, but very worthy. the tables not too close to each other, level of privacy very good.to me, most likely in the future a candidate for small michelin :-) pastre / desert / with mango is very dangerous :-))

Muchas gracias por vuestro comentario, somos un restaurante pequeño, es cierto, disponemos de 8 mesas acorde a la capacidad de la cocina para tener género siempre fresco, igualmente, para vuestra reserva os montamos una mesa especial muy amplia, nos hicisteis una reserva de 10 personas y finalmente fuisteis 15, al igual que vinisteis con opciones veganas, que no trabajamos y os preparamos especialmente a vosotros. Muchas gracias por venir a Zaragoza, tened una buena estancia en Sevilla :)
