It’s true what they say – the menu really is a journey. So many flavours, each one popping, then resetting or preparing the palate for the next, without ever becoming boring or repetitive. You can tell the chefs care deeply about what they do, and it shows in every detail and every flavour. Also, as a gluten-intolerant guest, I truly appreciated the seamless adjustments, I never felt I was on a different path than my dinner date. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you Alexandre Mazzia and his team! ⭐️

Unique presentation with every single plate looking like a miniature piece of art! Unusual and interesting in a good sense combination of ingredients and flavors for my Mediterranean inheritance. Loved some dishes but would preferred less plates for each stage. The quantity confused me, and the memory from some unique and tasteful combinations was lost.

We've eaten at several Michelin-starred restaurants, but this was truly something else. The bold combination of flavors is astonishing. The use of temperature in the dishes also makes it truly special. This culinary journey is one you won't forget! All of this takes place in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
