Everything was quite correct, as the French say, at this delightfully old-fashioned sort of place highlighting the cuisine of Auvergne. Both the 7-hour lamb (amusingly said to be made with love) and the roasted bar served on a bed of leeks were, well, correct -- just what one would hope for. Americans might find the portions small for the money.
