Complete lack of seasoning in each dish - meat not salted, no pepper. No proper spice or acid to offset the incredible sweetness of each dish - why is the duck sauce basically candy? Why is the tomato based risotto sweet?

Good evening, I'm sorry for your comment, the raw meat being of the highest quality is seasoned as little as possible (at your request you were served salt and pepper), the risotto as written on the menu is pepper-based and not tomato and as you know the pepper is a sweet vegetable of its own at the base (beautiful part of this risotto)! Duck served with honey, so based on natural sugar it is normal to caramelize while cooking! I'm sorry you didn't like it, I would have preferred a comment when I asked you if everything was okay at the end of the evening given the clean dishes! Kind regards

This place is incredible. We thought we may be going to the wrong place, but what a wonderful surprise. The drive to the restaurant is worth so much. The place/ambience is so well done. The food is amazing. Service fantastic. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.

Food and wine held high quality, very tasteful presentation, Thanks to the chef, Alex. Very high service, high standard, beautiful atmosfære. Stafano the owner made a very good impression. He also speaks english. The server made us feel very welcome . Parking condition is very good, toilet very clean and nice and the interior in the restaurant is elegant We Will be back
