Unbelievable flavor especially from the sauces and purees. Vegetables, shellfish, fish, meats were all cooked perfectly.

Sensational. Every dish was a delight, the service was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect. Highlights were the sea crepe and the trout!

Our dinner at Amê was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona. The food and service were outstanding. Chef Pachi was very welcoming and kind. Never before had we been to a restaurant where the chef serves all courses and greets as host. It felt like we had stepped into his home for an intimate dinner experience. The perfect experience of fine dining in a very approachable, non-stuffy way!

+7Every dish was creative, elaborate and incredibly delicious. The chef was also our server and he was lovely. Amazing experience surpassing many Michelin starred restaurants we have tried.

we had a wonderful experience at AME. The food was amazing, better than some One star Michelin restaurant we have been recently. And the service is really kind and welcoming. This is a restaurant will repeat many times.

phenomenal meal from start to finish - from the quality of the food, to the incredible service, to feeling like you were a guest in a chef's home. the food tasted incredible and was not in your face about techniques, but every question I had led to the realization that a ridiculous amount of work (3 weeks for a broth) went into each dish. highly recommended, and my favorite meal in Barcelona

+6A wonderfully calm and stylish restaurant with a knowledgeable chef/host. Going through an extensive tasting menu with a variety of flavours to savour. The dishes came with descriptions of their origins and intentions, like the starter of vichyssoise with white asparagus instead of potato. Overall a thoroughly delightful dining experience.

The food is delicious. The best we’ve had in Barcelona. The chefs are passionate and dedicated to their craft. The ingredients are of a high quality and prepared with subtlety. Wine was outstanding too, even by the glass. Such a lovely evening.

Âme impressed me with its elegant ambiance, attentive service and a menu that blends traditional French flavors with a modern touch. My favorite was the aged duck magret and red prawns crêpe. Highly recommended. 10/10
