Food and atmosphere pleasant but guy in charge quite abrupt and stressed.....Waiter was nice though. Strange tables i.e.very wide, so had to lean far forward to talk.

20 of us dined in the bodega on Friday night and it was the highlight of the weekend - great space, speakers to use and great food! Staff were also very accommodating, highly recommended the bodega for big groups.

Food was good but after 8 days of travelling and 16 restaurants tried in spain, this was certainly not our « best bang for your bucks ». You can get way better in madrid for this price.

Comparing to the reviews I was a bit disappointed. Staff doesn’t speak English and the croquetas were cold however they did it again. Very good the meat and the pulpo.

The restaurant is located right behind the famous San Miguel market, easy to find. Nice ambience, the building is the old bodega-very authentic. The service very attentive and friendly. Food was good, interesting, sufficient choice, well cooked and with some fusion twist. With the fork discount the price more than acceptable. Definitely recommended.

The food here is excellent. You will enjoy an upscale experience with traditional Spanish dishes being the star of the show. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. If needed the menu is in many different languages but the server spoke English, which was helpful to us. We sat outside where there was ample terrace seating but I noticed that the inside was delightful; a perfect blend of modern and old. We all loved it.

We decided to return for our last dinner in Madrid as we enjoyed so much the first time. Same fabulous starters and four different mains to try new flavors. All great again! Friendly service with nice chat when things not too busy. See you next time!

The food was very nice but some of the dishes were not hot when they arrived. I don’t blame the restaurant cause I don’t think they had enough waiters with the Covid crisis so I would return!
