7/10Friendly staffs, tiny space. Had the Xmas menu - soup/starter tasted good but it was cold. Pasta dish was good but not the best. Meatloaf was too dry. Dessert was too sweet, barely can take a second scoop of it.

10/10Americans dining in Madrid — the hour was late for us but too early for locals, so we had the place to ourselves. We were seated in an air-conditioned glass house on the sidewalk — at first it seemed sketchy but it turned out to be delightful. A large party of 8 was handled smoothly — menu options explained fully, wine recommendations reasonable and tasty bread and oil delivered to nibble on while we waited. The food was fresh, well prepared and nicely presented. Large portions, too large for some of us. But it was a charming and yummy experience.

10/10The restaurant doesn't look big from the outside, but inside, with the open kitchen bar seating, it can accommodate about 30 guests. The restaurant mainly serves a variety of animal offal as the main ingredient. The staff was very friendly and offered English explanations of all the dishes when they served them. I chose their tasting menu L, which includes a combination of small starters, five surprise dishes, a cheese platter and a surprise dessert for €65 per person. All the dishes were delicious, especially the starter of macaroon with foie, taco of pork cheek and tiger prawn and callos. It's a good place to try if you like animals' interior and want a one star Michelin experience, it's a great start with affordable price.

7/10We obviously ate too early at 8pm as it was our first night. The waiter went to a huge amount of effort to look after us, explaining the food, ensuring the temperature in the room was right and even our choice of music ! However we were in the outside room on the street and were the only ones there!

9/10An excellent place where to eat in Madrid. A real gem. The quality of the food is outstanding and the care to the client is impressive. The 9 out of 10 is for a very few imperfections in the starters. A part for that, it is an experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

10/10This restaurant is in my personal top 10 restaurants in the city. With delicious food and a good selection of wine (both in glasses and bottles). The octopus is tender, well balanced with puree and sauce, Vongole Pasta is just as perfect, sauce, herbs, pleasant sea saltiness. Service is incredible. Our table was served by Jo'el, he is not only a professional in his field, but also a very pleasant person to communicate with. Is it worth going to Amo? - definitely yes
