We both had Apero. Both where watery. We waited long but food was not warm when served. Quality of the food was good but you can not enjoy cold french fries.

The restaurant is great, however plan to arrive around noon on Saturday because the kitchen closes at 13:30.

Overall, great experience. Very helpful and caring staff. The speed of the service was remarkable, as well as the quality of the food. We had the Liegeoise Meatballs - amazing! 5*

We ate a starter, two main courses (Liege meatballs),an apple pie and a bottle of water for 55 euros. The food was very good and the price very honest. Atmosphere was comfortable and the service efficient. The waiter was very kind. A good place to eat good and real Belgian food near the centre. Recommended

It was amazing. Nice ambiance good food friendly and good service. Lots of specials on the menucard. Especially the meatballs and the coffee of liege for dessert.

Very traditional Liege cuisine with dishes as Grandma used to make! Excellent Peket based drinks. Exactly what I was hoping to find!

Unfortunately, the visit was not to our satisfaction. I had reserved online for 14 people and asked for a place on the terrace. This didn't work out and we had to sit inside. When we then wanted to order they told us we could only choose three different dishes. We did not find this funny. When we then ordered it was also said that filet steak natural and filet steak with sauce two different dishes are there we were about to get up and go. The food itself was not outstanding but good. The service was bad which I attribute to the lack of English knowledge of the waitress. When we could only pay together at the end our mood was at its lowest point. Next time we will choose another restaurant in Liège

We ordered roast hare and were in reality served (much cheaper) turkey but had to pay the price for roast hare - a real rip-off for tourists!!! Very disappointing!!

There was some confusion about the online booking , so I recommend the customer should take proof of booking email to show. The four of us had steak which was good but if you don’t want it rare you need to ask for medium, which was still bloody or well done still slightly pink. Nice atmosphere!

My meal was just ok, ribs were a bit tough, on the other hand my companions meal was very good, Stick with the classics, they are probably the best option.

The meatball is very tasty, but the waiting time is too long.

Both our dishes were really good (duck and steak), and were nicely plated with Belgian fries and a side salad. The portions were very big and none of us was able to finish our meals.

The restaurant was quaint and atmospheric. The red house wine was excellent value and the food was very good, though some of the sauces were just a little sweet for our British palates. Excellent value, especially with the 30% 'thefork' discount which was applied without question.
