Everything has been truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt seamless, warm, and thoughtfully curated. The food was absolutely amazing, with tremendous depth of flavor in every dish. Each plate was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, showcasing both creativity and respect for high-quality ingredients. You can genuinely taste the care and precision behind every preparation. A very special mention goes to Christina and the entire team. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevated the experience to another level. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease throughout the evening. An outstanding experience from start to finish , we will definitely be back.

Very elegant and upscale yet reasonably priced. The service was the best we’ve experienced so far. Food also top notch.

Food was good, but the paella was very salty. Bread was very good but still very expensive, as they charged 8eur for a piece of bread. Same is for drinks, overpriced. I think the experience was overpriced even with the 20% discount.

The food was excellent so was the service. The restaurant is very nice. We had the pleasure of talking with Carlos, the chef, a Bocuse competition winner for Spain and to the manager. If you have a prejudice against hotel restaurants this one will show things have changed, we will goack

The space and the size of the table was very comfortable. the service from the staff was fantastic and the quality of the food great. Definitely to be repeated

It was a bit of a disappointing meal. The service was good, the food was beautifully presented, but sadly lacked much flavour and was not at all warm. The beef fillet with foie was particularly flavourless and particularly beautiful on the cold plate. The French fries were limp and obviously not fresh. The chocolate experience dessert again was a work of art to please the eye, but unremarkable on the palate.

Service and ambiance were excellent. Very attentive waitress and maitre d. Very nice Valencia wine was recommended. Presentation of the food was very nice but the croquetas de sepia was over salted.

+1Such a quiet, refined setting. Great for TALKING and enjoying good food, all plated in a very original matter! They have a great lunch menu.. so we didn’t use the Fork discount that I had reserved that day .

On Sunday night we decided to take the 7course ‘Menu Degustacion Ampar’ à 75€/person. Some fun disguised elements, quite heavy on meat, didn’t like what they did to the bacalau… Shame that not all the staff were dressed in nice white shirts, in a classy place/hotel like that you don’t expect staff in a sleeping t-shirt????

Good restaurant with rather expensive dishes and wines. The quality of food is average with the accent on presentation. But the desserts are awesome.

Food is terrible!!! Croquettes served cold... we send them back and they put the same croquettes in the oil ..... they came back as pudding .... then the risotto was prepared with bouillon of very bad quality with greasy meat and an empty langoustine .... don’t go there !!!!!!

I’m not sure what happened as Ampar is usually very good, but it was terribly disappointing last night. We ordered the Ossobuco Ravioli which have been delicious in the past, but they were simply terrible. Rather than soft ravioli filled with juicy meat and served with ossobuco gravy, what arrived at our table were cold, dry potstickers. We sent them back and the second time they were warm, but burned and still dry. We couldn’t eat them The lovely bone with marrow was attractive but also inedible. We couldn’t get a fork into the marrow to taste it. Our starters were supposed to be ham croquettes but they were huge potato filled dumplings. Just not a good meal.

Food was very good. It is different than in many other places. Presented with a lot of taste. Not cheap though. Inside very nice. If you want a more elegant dinner, it’s the place.
