9/10The food quality, taste and flavors were amazing! The service was not as it should be in a place like this. The waitress was too busy socializing and not paying attention. She did not even check how the dishes were, from the apps to the main course. Other than that, the experience was great.

A wonderful meal. Probably top 10 of all time and I have traveled the world. The service, the view and everything in between, was exceptional. I highly recommend. We had the sole and chicken, plus tuna tartare and an heirloom salad. All were divine!

6.5/10We ordered the fish of the day sea-bass versus regular sea-bass. It was $130 euro more and we were not told. Also we did not have the option to order the regular seabass. The fish of the day was just average not much flavor so paying $180 for an average fish was not worth the experience.

9/10Fantastic location with a great sea view, and very nice staff. Music a bit loud in the restaurant, but appropriate. Food is very good but a bit expensive for what it is. Starters were excellent and generous, main (pasta) was good, but not fantastic.

10/10Food and service exceptional. Our Italian server, Salvatore, was engaging, knowledgable and attentive. Food superb. The view of the Monagesque coast was sublime. Wines mostly very expensive but this is Monte Carlo so not surprising.

5/10Extensive building work being done directly opposite the rooftop so the view is wholly spoiled. And the drill noise is extensive. The buffet was generous but the quality of food, particularly the hot food, was only average. A very disappointing experience and not remotely like the website’s publicity shots.

4/10Booked for 40th birthday celebration - we were really looking forward to it. It was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. We arrived and were given a good table at the window (having requested a view upon booking). It all went downhill from there. We were given food menus and no drinks menu. When we eventually got drinks menus and ordered, the wine arrived before the pre-dinner drinks. It then took 30 mins for us to be asked for food order. Pre drinks were finished and sat on table throughout the meal. Wine sat opened and, despite waiter saying he’d be back for us to try, we ended up pouring ourselves. I ordered the sea bass sweet and sour fillet, with melon and tomatoes and Basil. It was a lovely piece of fish, with absolutely zero sweet or sour, with melon and tomatoes and Basil. Very disappointing. It had been rainy during the day and the glass top on our table had been placed on a wet wooden table so every time we moved water poured onto our legs. I flagged to waiter - he wasn’t interested. Other tables were offered bread before their meal arrived. We weren’t. The table of 12 people next to us were ordering magnums and were pouring them themselves. They were commenting on how awful the service was. We weren’t asked how the meal or service was throughout. Form over substance. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Much better places to eat for a fraction of the price. And much better, friendly, service. Really disappointed to write this review.

10/10We made a reservation to celebrate my son’s birthday and Salvatore who was our host for the evening did not disappoint. He went out of his way to make sure our dinner was most memorable and everything from ambiance, to food, to service was exceptional- and it was! We didn’t plan to spend 3 hours at the venue but enjoyed every moment thanks to Salvatore!

8.5/10Hostess were lost is space and very disorganized! Food was good but not excellent ! We had the buffet and. Lack cod and sea bass which was a bit blunt. What really made the day was our server Malik who was outstanding and went over his way to provide us with the outmost welcoming service AAA and two thumps up for Malik

5/10Service was poor.. we were practically ignored for the first hour..having to stop passing waiters to request drinks and menus etc,, then initially being served someone else’s drinks, then asking for water twice, especially as the table beside us received attention from the chef, numerous waiters with the offer to create dishes to their own liking and cocktails off the menu.. possibly the reason why was because we were not staying in the hotel itself.. and I guess money talks…. Would I recommend.. not unless you’re a guest of the hotel!

6/10We came here for dessert after eating at Caffe Milano by the harbour and unfortunately the lady who was front of house was quite rude and unwelcoming to us. We let her know we were dining for dessert and she put us on essentially a high bar table. It started to rain so our waiter (who we have to mention was lovely) tried to move us to a more covered table away from the rain but the front of house refused and told him “they are only having dessert so they can’t sit on the main tables”, despite the fact the terrace was virtually empty with lots of empty tables. It stayed half empty until we left so they definitely could have accommodated us - we were still paying customers. As a result of this experience we would not recommend it here but the male servers were friendly, it’s a shame about the overall experience.

6.5/10Beautiful view in a hotel that is rapidly become dilapidated. The service started off well and friendly, and then rapidly became absentee and churlish. My son’s steak (requested medium) was well done, so we sent it back; it came back medium rare, so we sent that back and it came out medium, finally. They showed on their menu a fish of the day (but didn’t have one that week), sea bass (but were out), and salmon, their only fish offering for a restaurant with a view of the Mediterranean. Don’t waste your time or money.

5/10We were incredibly disappointed with our experience here. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes for them to finally come back and offer water and take our drink order. Our food took about an hour to come out (after we did order) and was certainly not worth the wait. We both had pasta dishes which were lukewarm and bland in flavor. They also completely forgot to bring our second round of cocktails out, and once reminded, they made it to our table long after we’d finished eating. The atmosphere and cocktails were great, but other than that, it’s not worth going.
