9/10Took my wife who is basically vegetarian (I am not). As expected everything on the menu appealed to her, for me less so as I like meat based dishes in general. However when it came to it I was really pleasantly surprised that I did miss having meat at all. The food was great, earthy, homely and really tasty - was great. Everything was nicely served and the staff were very friendly and helped interpret the menu for less familiar dishes. We will be going again - can highly recommend

10/10Great friendly welcome and being able to choose your own table . The food was outstanding and the wonderful staff took time out to explain all the dishes to us and how they should be enjoyed. Food, staff and ambiance second to none.

10/10Simply, excellent! We, as a family, went to this place for lunch and each one of us enjoyed the food. This restaurant serves completely vegetarian food and believe me, the quality as well as the quantity is just perfect. Recommend you to give this a try once and let me know your thoughts!

5/10My first experience at this restaurant was positive, the second time, however was quite lacking. We had to wait almost an hour until our food arrived and by the time the naan was served it was disappointingly cold and stale. We were also sat next to the bathroom, which added unwanted odors to our dining experience every time a customer opened the door. It’s a shame overall because the curry and mango lassi were pleasant.

8/10The Jalfrezi curry was very flavorful and my top recommendation. We also ordered a garlic naan, which I would have preferred to be fluffier. The dal makhani and palak paneer were a little on the bland side sadly. The ras malai dessert and mango lassi (one of the best I’ve had so far) were good options to also try out.

10/10A very good dinner with last minute booking.com via thefork. Food is great! Very authentic Indian flavor in a modern dining set up. We love the food and we love the drinks even more. Some good options for cocktails. The service is slow at beginning as quite crowded night.

6.5/10I had reserved thru the Fork and since I had collected enough points ,I was eligible for a discount. When we reached the restaurant they we aware of our reservation but when they gave the bill they didnt include the discount. When I asked the waiter he said ok then he will remove 20 euros from the bill but he wont give me the bill.. Thats didnt matter to me since it was a private dinner.. So basicly, it comes to the fact that I was supposed to get the discount and they delibarately didnt include it on the bill. To me thats cheating. The Fork pls take a look at the way this restaurant is operating by taking reservations thru your website but are doing something fishy for sure. If this continues ppl are again going to feel cheated and not book thru the Fork again.

7.5/10Portion of the food is very low. One should expect better portion as compared to price. We ordered soya malai chap, and it was very kess even for one person then we ordered another portion for 14 euros each.

8/10Very nice place, tasty vegetarian, wide choice of dishes, good service. The only thing that is a bit disappointing to be mentioned here - it was too bright for the evening! Please turn the lights a bit down for a cosy atmosphere!

7.5/10It was our second time at Anaya and unlike first time when food was delicious ,service was very poor. But this time food was still amazing and the waiter was up to speed and did a good job ( It was a different waiter from the first time btw ). My only remark this time will be that there is a lady walking around in the restaurant probably the owner.. she can be a bit more welcoming and greet customers specially when we were face to face!!! And dont only give attention to indian customers you may know..... Customer service is everything just in case you didnt realise that...

4.5/10One order was missed out and we have to remind again and again but still it came to us after more than half an hour after finishing everything on table.. Even no complementary papad was severed which was served in all other table. About food, it was not that great in taste either.

7/10It was our first time at Anaya and the food didnt dissapoint. Service could have been better and faster. The waiter was a bit clueless about many things asked to him also his time management could be better. It took him a long time to serve our food though thats not his fault but of the kitchen but then when we were done with the main course , we had to call him to order dessert. A good waiter would be more attentive and also clean our table faster. We sat for quite a while with dirty dishes at our table. It was not so pleasant. When he came to take our dessert order his hands were free and an experienced waiter would not leave without cleaning the table !

9/10If you want to taste Indian food that reminds you of home, visit Anaya Foods. If you want to taste Indian food for the first time, visit Anaya Foods. If you are feeling low and want food that lifts up your mood, visit Anaya Foods. It is very rare that a restaurant offers a menu with no bad dishes, and each one more exceptional. I have tried all the starters, and my absolute favorites are Soya Chaap, Dabeli and Hara Bhara Kebab. The flavor bomb that is Katori chaat comes to a close second on the list. In mains, do not miss Dal Makhni and Methi Matar Paneer; it is sheer joy. Ooh, and the matar pulao is such a pleasant surprise! End your meal with Ras Malai, Falooda drink and a chat with the hosts, and you will come out with a full heart and a fuller belly. Don't give this a miss when you are in the Hague.
