Excellent cocktail and food but it was cold inside the restaurant. Could improve heating system so that client can stay longer and enjoy more drinks and food.

Very pleasant meal at Ancho Louise. We shared a plate of dirty nachos for starters and all went for tacos. All very nice. I would have preferred a bit more tequila in my margarita but was nice anyway.

The food tastes good and there are vegetarian and gluten-intolerant options, but the service needs some improvement, because the staff kept forgetting some aspects of our order and didn't apply a full discount

We reserved our table through TheFork platform and a discount of 20% was offered. Before ordering, we asked the waiter that served us if the discount from TheFork is taken into consideration and the answer was yes . Unfortunately when we asked for the bill no discount was applied and we had to pay the full price. This is lack of consideration towards your clients, we do not recommend. Food was average , flavourless and small portions. We ordered octopus with patatas which was a tiny portion and 2 burritos with chicken and beef . Mexican sauces are not provided with

Hello, We always make attention to add the -20% discount with the Fork reservations and of course when you arrive they told you it s OK for the 20% but in the end when you come to ask the bill and go to pay and you see the restaurant is full you can make the remark to check if the discount is done bec they can not remember all the client when we are full. Really sorry for that bec it s not normal you deserve the discount but you would have to ask at the payement again. About the food we are a fresh and homemade restaurant with good price and good quality sorry that you didn't liked. I hope you will give us a second chance even that not good 1st experience. Cedric

the food was good but awful service. we waited for ages to get a dessert and the bill as the waitress was casually having dîner at the bar while many clients were waiting during rush hour.

Very good food and not too expensive. Only complaint is that we did not get the fork discount as it said in the app. Apart from that, all great!

Hello, thank you for your comment and sorry that you not get your 20% discount but super important to tell the staff there when you go to pay bec impossible for them to remember who have a the fork booking or not. Really sorry for that mistake

it's always a pleasure to have dinner in Ancho. tacos are delicious, cocktails are amazing and the ladies attending us are just THE BEST! I can't wait to go back!

I had the ribs and my husband the 500 gr Entrecôte. His meal was grilled to perfection. I thought the ribs were good, could have been more tender and with more seasoning. Frites were hot and just perfect. Wait people were attentive. Will return again. The restaurant was empty at first, don’t let it be a hinderance, but quickly filled up.
