6/10The food was good and the price was good. However, the service was terrible. Only 2 persons on the floor, clearly one person was missing, I do not know why. Is it due for lack of personnel or it is the restaurant way of doing business? We waited 35 minutes before someone came to take our order, we never been asked is we would like an “apéro”. We got a class of wine after 45 minutes of waiting and our food one hour after sitting in the restaurant. This is simply unacceptable, specially for a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. Too based, due to the really bad service, we did not stick around for desert. Not recommended unless you are very very patient.

6/10The food was bland and uninteresting. The presentation was great, but it simply didn’t taste good. I understand they were trying to be creative, but presentation is not enough - if the end result taste good then the whole thing just falls apart. Not worth a second visit.

6/10This restaurant had a Michelin guide mention so our expectations were quite high. We had the 5 course menu with wine pairing. 2 of the 5 courses were good (and the clam risotto was really good), but the other 3 courses were unfortunately really dissapointing. Wines were really good though and there was nothing to complain about the service either. But the quality-price ratio just wasn't there. Save your $$$$ restaurant experience for some other restaurant.

10/10Very interesting food, good environment. Food is price worthy, but the wine by glass was poor. The wines were good, but redicously little amount. In total, 4 glasses were less than 1 1/2 glass.

10/10My husband and I took the train from Rapallo to La Spezia because we had read about andree. We are so glad that we did. We chose the three course lunch and liked that there were so many options for each course. Once we experienced the food and the perfect wine pairings, we can say that the quality/price ratio was outstanding. My husband saw beef and oysters on the menu, but since we don’t eat meat, Chef Andrea kindly prepared an extra off menu appetizer for him of three raw oysters. Our ordered appetizers were sweet succulent mussels in a velvety cauliflower cream sauce and a delicious artichoke heart with almonds and Castelmagno cheese. For our pasta course we chose the calamarta pasta with black-eyed peas and rosemary and the tagliolini with clams - both were delicious. For our secondi piatti my husband ordered the red mullet with broccoli, anchovies, pistachios, and a light orange sauce, while I chose today’s catch, which was amberjack wrapped in chard. We switched plates midway, and we were hard pressed to say which was better, because both were fantastic. Each of the courses was paired beautifully with lovely wines from small production vineyards. Unfortunately, we lingered too long over each course and realized after we had ordered dessert that we only had 30 minutes to catch our train back to Rapallo. They insisted that we eat dessert while they called us a cab, and while we wolfed it down (instead of savoring it the way we would have liked to), we only saw after we got back that they never charged us for dessert. Chef Andrea is an extremely talented chef and a warm and generous man who genuinely wants his diners to enjoy his food. What a pleasure it was to briefly make his acquaintance and to have the opportunity to experience this exquisite lunch.

10/10The food was exquisite. From the amuse-bouche to the plates we ordered through the desserts. Full of different flavours and colours. Food as art. Expect "nouvelle cuisine" = very small portions. Service was very attentive. We felt pampered and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

10/10We wanted to celebrate my birthday in La Spezia while docking there on Celebrity Beyond Andree was open for lunch and had great reviews so we tried it The ingredients were so perfectly matched and so beautiful It was artistry from the start We now have a restaurant we love as much as Frenchie in Paris!

10/10Amazing food and insanely great value for the money spent, great service and very knowledgeable staff. Had the full tasting menu of seven dishes and I'd highly recommend going for that. Great pairing of wine to the dishes. Perfect amount of food and wine to each dish.

10/10This is a Michelin star restaurant…. Or if not, it should be. Every dish is a work of art. We are very comfortable with dine dining experiences and we’re impressed by the quality, presentation and level of service. The wine list is extensive as well. We have enjoyed many meals in Italy this trip - this ranks as #1 to date. This is an excellent restaurant for a special occasion … please do not make the mistake we made by showing up in a sundress and shorts, lol ???? (Don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s chic!)

10/10If you are used to dining in Michelin star restaurants then you will not be disappointed. We did the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course was creative and delicious with focus on flavor. The wine pairings were perfect. Food and wine was about €100 per person.

6/10This resturant is for very fine dinning, if you are hungry, this is not the Michlen resturant you want to go. We took the 3 course menu Waited 50 min to get the first one Since the portion are tiny, we finished it quickly, but had to wait about 30min between each course. The food is inovative and beautifly served, but for us it was dissapointing.

5/10After an hour and a half we had only had the amuse and two courses. Dirty plates sat for 10-15 minutes before anyone cleared them. The chef yelled at the wait staff loud enough for the dining room to hear. At 2130 we decided we didn't want to waste our whole night and left.

9/10We order the 5 plate menu with wine pairings. 1st and 2nd plates were outstanding . Then it was going down , risotto was unbearable couldn’t eat it . Server asked if we want another plate which we did ( scallop) it was ok but to our surprise they charge for an extra course. Wine pairing was a disaster’s except for the sparkling wines. Whites and red were not up to par with food. In summary, service was excellent. Courses were hit and missed. Wine pairing wasn’t a good decision. Started very good and decreased dramatically. Hope they redo menu.

10/10This was our second visit to the Andree restaurant within one week. We were impressed by the delicious food and the brilliant friendly service. We enjoyed in particular the Vitello Tonato with the small vegetable agrodolce. Also very delicious were the veal cheek with cauliflower mousseline as well as the small chocolate cake with a liquid core in combination with a yoghurt sorbet, which refreshed the mouth for the next bite of chocolate cake. We also liked the interior design of the restaurant very much. Every detail seems to have been carefully selected. including the dishes, which match with each meal. Thank you very much for two wonderful evenings.. We will come again next time when we will be in La Spezia..

10/10Modern dishes derived from Italian cooking. 7 course tasting menu offered a nice selection of fish, meat and vegetarian courses. The restaurant has a good selection of Italian wines for fair prices, and international too. Service is competent and welcoming. The space is contemporary with matching ambient music. We had a chat with our waiter and the chef. I really hope this classy establishment will succeed among all the more touristy places.
