It couldn’t be better. I was my husband’s birthday. He has eaten in the best restaurants around the world but he said he had the best all round experience he’d ever had.

Absolutely fantastic food. Very serviceminded and competent members of staff. Overall this was a top experience. We have tried five Michelinrated restaurants before and Anima is the best one compared to those.

The food was very good and would recommend a visit - good value for money for the intensity menu. For a Michelin star restaurant there are only two things to note: 1) one place was broken on the edge and it was not noticed by the stuff and when noted there was a simple apology. 2) in the rabbit there was a bone - which in a risotto with small pieces of rabbit you should not find that. Except this everything was very good and staff very prepared. Congratulations to the chef

Appetizers were nice, and deserts were refreshing. While the main dishes were tasty they were a bit to salty for my liking but overall the menu was pretty good.

It was a wonderful dining experience with creative dishes, expert wine parings, and attentive service! It was dish after dish of exciting combinations that were complex but simply good. It will be a cherished memory of my travel and I’m grateful to the staff and chef for such a special evening.

Food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. The wine pairing was perfect and the sommelier did a fantastic job of explaining why he picked each wine. I can’t emphasize enough the quality of the ingredients, the beauty of the dishes, and the perfectly balanced and delicious taste of every bite.

We went to Anima for the food and rightfully so, but what made the night was the staff. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully prepared and served. The taste was no different, the ingredients used and how they paired was a once in a lifetime experience. Additionally, the hard work of James, the sommelier, heightened each dish. The wine selection was some of the best we had ever tasted. It complemented each dish perfectly so that you could experience the height of the flavors. The excellent job of the flexibility of the pairings allowed us to enjoy them all night long. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and informative. Along with him, Alessio, the barista, was responsible for the most delicious cocktail pairing we have ever experienced. The artfully crafted drink combined flavors and style to create a prefect paring. Lastly, the service was incredible. Each of the serves were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Their understanding and explanation of the food heightened each dish

In general, I found the 'intensity' tasting menu to be underwhelming - there weren't any standout courses or dishes. Everything felt like it was trying too hard, and I feel like paring down some of these dishes, and focusing more on highlighting 'star' ingredients, would have resulted in a more memorable meal. The wine pairings were okay, but I felt like they were meant to showcase the wines themselves more than to complement the courses (which is to say that they were good wines in and of themselves, but the pairings seemed uninspired). The pacing also felt a bit rushed. Overall, a fine but forgettable meal.

Although there are some impressive dishes, the overall vibe was cold and tense and not worth the significant price tag.

Both the food and service were exactly what you would expect from a top end restaurant. Service was warm and friendly, while always professional. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and his choice of wines and descriptions excellent. All the food was delicious. Overall a first class experience.

+1We enjoyed the 8 course tasting menu and wine pairing, and it was lovely. All of the flavors paired well and we were so impressed by the presentation. We had 5 different wine pairings, all very good. Our favorite dish was the foie gras and passion fruit + mango sorbet. It was so surprising and so delicious!! The chef came out to our table to see how everything was tasting as well.

Everything was perfect, staff were acknowledged, professional, friendly, cheerful. Chef was attentive and very talented. Ambience was very pleasant. As if we left the Italy and got back to people who actually care and enjoy their work. 10/10

Great service, nice ambience, food is ok. Value for money is not interesting though. Not really recommended finally, I think that there are better somewhere else
