It was a wonderful dining experience with creative dishes, expert wine parings, and attentive service! It was dish after dish of exciting combinations that were complex but simply good. It will be a cherished memory of my travel and I’m grateful to the staff and chef for such a special evening.

Fantastic! A wonderful experience. Definitely worth the Michelin Star. Great staff, memorable food. The chef makes very smart choices. I highly recommend it. Not to be missed while in Milan.

Food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic. The wine pairing was perfect and the sommelier did a fantastic job of explaining why he picked each wine. I can’t emphasize enough the quality of the ingredients, the beauty of the dishes, and the perfectly balanced and delicious taste of every bite.

We went to Anima for the food and rightfully so, but what made the night was the staff. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully prepared and served. The taste was no different, the ingredients used and how they paired was a once in a lifetime experience. Additionally, the hard work of James, the sommelier, heightened each dish. The wine selection was some of the best we had ever tasted. It complemented each dish perfectly so that you could experience the height of the flavors. The excellent job of the flexibility of the pairings allowed us to enjoy them all night long. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and informative. Along with him, Alessio, the barista, was responsible for the most delicious cocktail pairing we have ever experienced. The artfully crafted drink combined flavors and style to create a prefect paring. Lastly, the service was incredible. Each of the serves were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Their understanding and explanation of the food heightened each dish

In general, I found the 'intensity' tasting menu to be underwhelming - there weren't any standout courses or dishes. Everything felt like it was trying too hard, and I feel like paring down some of these dishes, and focusing more on highlighting 'star' ingredients, would have resulted in a more memorable meal. The wine pairings were okay, but I felt like they were meant to showcase the wines themselves more than to complement the courses (which is to say that they were good wines in and of themselves, but the pairings seemed uninspired). The pacing also felt a bit rushed. Overall, a fine but forgettable meal.

Great dinner and service. Totally exceeded our expectations with service and extra touches for my mother’s birthday. Will definitely be back for the wonderful experience, well priced food, and exceptional service. We even met the chef at the end. Thank you for such a wonderful evening!

Both the food and service were exactly what you would expect from a top end restaurant. Service was warm and friendly, while always professional. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and his choice of wines and descriptions excellent. All the food was delicious. Overall a first class experience.

We enjoyed the 8 course tasting menu and wine pairing, and it was lovely. All of the flavors paired well and we were so impressed by the presentation. We had 5 different wine pairings, all very good. Our favorite dish was the foie gras and passion fruit + mango sorbet. It was so surprising and so delicious!! The chef came out to our table to see how everything was tasting as well.
