First of all I am glad that we had discount because being made to pay full price for the food there would have been a disaster. Everything tasted like it got reheated in a microwave. Pasta was way too cold and source was bland beyond the measure. The wine pairing suggested in the menu was completely incorrect. As my friend told me the burger was also bland, lukewarm and tasted like a store bought microwave quality, the crisps were also tasteless.

I really wanted to like it here, but our service and food was terrible. Our server stood next to our table on her phone while we asked for service. She wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge us. The carbonara was so undercooked. I understand Italian pastas are more Al dente than than Americans tend to consume. But we couldn’t cut through the noodles! The two good things were the caponata and Ludavicci. Without her, that place would be total disaster. She helped us when we had to get up to find things we needed while dining and understood our frustrations.

Our waitress was AMAZING, recommending wines and shareable plates we got to taste delicious eggplants, freshly cooked seafood and mouth watering pasta, dinner was amazing because of her service!
