The Ricotta Tortelli was out of this world! Sooooo delicious! Lovely, friendly atmosphere and homemade food. Catered to vegetarians too.

The service wasn’t great. The last time I checked, rolling your eyes at customers was rude. Fair enough we are tourists, but we can speak Italian confidently and can get by without speaking English. I get it, I work in hospitality, I have off days too, but this one lady was rude tonight. The food was great quality, so compliments to the chef(s). The food was the best part. My husband felt safe in the area, but as a female I did not - for whatever reason. If you want a good meal, book in advance, you’ll eat well 😊

Food is delicious. We have been to the restaurant 3 times in 1 week and always had great food and service, except for the last time. Service ledt a lot to be desired. In particular with the manager / owner. I ordered a plate of pasta and was given a very small portion compared to other tables sitting next to us. When I asked the waitress if they could add a little more pasta to my plate, they told me that I had to wait until the end of the meal and see If I wanted more. When paying the bill I addressed the issue with the manager/owner and she was very rude and disrespectful, raised her voice at me and told me I was the problem. Obviously, we will never go back. This person needs to learn about respect and customer service. Great food, but the worse customer service ever.
Antica Osteria di BazzinoWe are happy with the review, but there are some things that are actually not true. She asked our waitress for pasta with garlic, oil and chili pepper and was served 140 grams. She did not like the portion because it was too little, the plate went back to the kitchen, with the duty of throwing away the entire plate and making a new one with 200 grams. Our waitress advised her to finish the 140 gram one and then see if she wanted more, not because the kitchen did not want it or because she had to wait until the end of the service, but it was not respectful to throw away 140 grams of pasta and then immediately remake 200 grams. It is not about learning what respect means, but about learning not to waste food.

Amazing food. A bit heavy but really good taste. The environment instead may be better especially the separation between the kitchen and the tables.

Best meal we had in Italy. So incredible, very welcoming despite us not being able to speak Italian. the food was exquisite, such a gem. Thank you for the best meal. I had the Pappardelle with Wild Boar, the Sformato Di Cavola and the Tuscan Soup.. Outstanding.

After seeing how many good reviews this restaurant had I thought it would be a lot better. The restaurant is set in a square where they were blaring music really loudly. The staff were nice however the food was average.

The dishes were surprising, delicious and generous. Meat was tender; pasta was perfectly done; salads ideal. We were enchanted with it all. Atmosphere was splendid. We were 4 - each of us shared our dishes just to delight each other. Price was modest for such a treat. I'll go back anytime I can!!! Mark and family

Great service and great staff. very lovely food. its a good atmosphere all round. It was really lovely to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather and soak in the atmosphere. Its not surprising there was only 1 person inside the restaurant and everyone was outside. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. You could easily fill up on the bruschetta alone! All the dishes that came out were looking lovely and our meals were very tasty. House red is a good wine to go with your meal too.

We booked a table for 6:30pm and even asked if they would be able to accept us earlier seeing we were to arrive ahead of time and were famished. When we arrived we were very disappointed to be told they open at 7pm. Appetizers were great, we ordered the large board to share. Mains were extreamly salty. Had a hard time eating the two fillets. With two different sauces. Side dishes were nice. Grilled veggies, salad and grilled potatoes. The dessert was nice. Service was very warm and kind. Food was served really fast. One order mistake. We waited to pay for a long time.

Splendid restaurant, amazing dishes and very nice and warm staff. The quality / price ratio is incredible ! I would recommend it very easily !

Andre was funny and very welcoming but we were disappointed with the setting&atmosphere it was definitely lacking. The wine we chose was nice but the food was average based on our experience over the last 2 weeks in Tuscany.
