It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we had booked the restaurant. We were visiting from ireland. Service fabulous and food and wine excellent. We will be back.

Very welcoming and professional staff. Started with local beers, chose local wines and all were amazing. The menu was short but perfect and will definitely come back when in Bologna.

We had one night only to spend in Bologna so we were very careful with our sole dinner choice and boy are we glad we chose this one! Arguably one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We had the tortellini in cream, the lasagne and cotteleto in cheese sauce. The lasagne was heaven, do not miss it. The staff were super friendly and nice to us. Lovely vibes all around and might come back to Italy specially for this one. Thank you :)

We liked it so much that we went there again for lunch the following day. Nothing to complain about.

Everyone was so wonderful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. We had just arrived in Bologna and didn’t have reservations anywhere. They fit us in for a 7:15 table and by 7:30 the place was packed. I will always eat here when I am in Bologna.

They advertise as a gluten free restaurant but they really only have 2 options for dinner which are either octopus or filet. I got the filet which was excellent. You have to order and pay for a side to go with it. My husband’s veal was just ok. The waitress never came back to see if our food was good or to see if we wanted another glass of wine. Very disappointed.

The blend of traditional and creative menus was perfect. A truly perfect meal to end our time in Bologna. The tortellini en brodo will be a lasting memory.

Excellent traditional cooking in a local trattoria near the walls. Memorable salsiccia e gramignia, ragu bolognese and a superb octopus. Very good desserts. Attentive service.

Friendly staff. We were the only non-local staff there but they made us feel at home. Excellent food, very authentic.

Lovely restaurant. The pastas were the highlight. The secondi were slightly disappointing. I recommend having the antipasto and the pasta and skipping the cotoletta.
