10/10We really enjoyed the whole experience from reception to the dining area back in the courtyard and of course the food itself. I would recommend it to those looking for a treat while in Rome. Traditional roman food elevated to Michelin star levels. Thanks

10/10Excellent restaurant in a lovely neighborhood. Good service and food. The pork with grapes and chestnuts was delicious. The wine list is long but you have many choices and the waiter was helpful. We found out that the owners have a restaurant in Williamsburg (/Brooklyn) and we received a card to show the New York restaurant and receive a complementary drink.

6/10An OK neighborhood restaurant. A charming front end with excellent service; but the chef has pretensions on which his food does not necessarily deliver. The wine list, of moderate length, is organized with a page for each region, which is fine; but many regions have only 1-4 exemplars, which is ridiculous.

10/10From the moment you walk in this restaurant is very inviting. Great service, amazing food and wine! My recommendation would be the Beal Saltimbocca and the pasta with truffles. We will be back very soon!

2.5/10My partner and I were in Rome on Holiday and I had booked a table here for her birthday after seeing positive reviews. However, upon arrival the front of house staff were very disorganised and we were waiting for 15 minutes before we were seated. After being seated I was ignored by to different staff members after speaking to them directly. It took far too long for someone to take our order and after asking for the bill again we were left waiting and waiting. The low quality of the service was also reflected in the poor quality of food. My starter was cold and watery and the main course was average at best. My partners main course was overly seasoned with salt bordering on inedible. Considering the high prices that Antica Pesca charges you expect the equivalent in service - this simply was not the case . My partner and I felt very dissapointed. There are other restaurants in Rome that serve significantly better food at half the price.

10/10Loved this authentic Italian Restaurant. Highly recommend the quality of food and service. Best steak I had in Europe. Not only was Antica Pesa a great find but the night we were there they were having a problem with their credit card connection and after several complimentary Lemonchello’s we left without being able to pay. We gave them our contact info and wired them the money when we returned to the states. Who does that? Love Antica Pesa!

9/10Service attentive and friendly. Some dishes were stand outs - kataifa bird's nest, cod and tiramasu all excellent. Pasta with porcini mushrooms was a bit boring. Nothing was oversalted as some earlier reviews have mentioned. We sat outside and the atmosphere was lovely. We would definitely come again.

10/10I booked for the wrong week and they had to phone me to ask where I was. Since the table was for 6 people I was embarrassed they’d kept the table for me but they bore no grudge and gave us an excellent table for the following week. Buzzing atmosphere, very interesting menu with dishes we’d never tasted and all beautifully presented.

10/10The atmosphere of the restaurant when you first walk in is amazing. The owner has pictures with tons of notable faces right from the beginning so you get excited by how good it must be. The gnocchi was our favorite dish by far but everything was so delicious and fresh.

10/10Antica Pesa was one of the most inventive meals we had in Italy. The dishes were delicious and we wanted to order more if only we had been able to finish it all! Service was so welcoming and friendly. Flavors and textures were in perfect harmony. We will definitely return!

10/10Really pleased that this excellent restaurant was recommended to us. A warm welcome was followed by excellent service and fine food. The wine list was biblical in size and look! Would definitely recommend!

9/10I had dinner with a friend in the garden area. Carpaccio of tuna and sea bass both good. Atmosphere excellent. Service excellent. Civilised clientele. With a bottle of wine €150. Recommended
