Beautiful setting, with Monte Cassino visible from the restaurant. The service was excellent, and very friendly. The starters were beautiful. The grigliata options seemed better than the primi, but in both cases the portions were huge. They were happy to box our leftovers up to take-away - something I’ve never had to request in Italy in 20 years of visiting!

Felt like my nunno, am I no na. We're in the kitchen, cooking for us with love and affection. I like the fact that every dish that the proprietor brought out he gave us the history or the backstory of it. The locality of the meat and the vegetables was extraordinary. It was truly an experience I will be back!!!!
