10/10Our GPS sent us in circles but we finally found it and even though 30 minutes late, we were kindly seated. It was worth getting lost. We’re so glad we didn’t miss this gem in Firenze!

7.5/10I have a really high expectation before my visit because I was recommended by the owner of the hostel I stayed while I was in Florence for few days and with all of the good reviews on google. The atmosphere and vibes are good. Everyone was friendly and nice and feeling welcome at the restaurant; unfortunately, there was 2 big groups of guests dining at the same time and the food came in 45 mins after we ordered. If we did not ask for the food, I believe it would come in an hour. The food came in with warm temperature even the taste is good. But we were starving and tired. We didn't enjoy so much with the food.

Extremely delicious food, excellent service and a very beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed delicious carpaccio, a diverse and rich wine list, very tasty meat and amazing desserts.

On our first day in Florence, we made a reservation through an app and visited Ristorante Paoli — it was perfect in every way. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than our reserved time, and although the restaurant was already full, we were seated right away. The classic atmosphere and the neat yet energetic servers made us feel comfortable. Since it was our first visit, we might have felt a bit unsure, but thanks to the attentive and witty service of our waiter, Yasser, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. They even provided a Korean menu, and Yasser checked on us throughout the meal, which made everything very pleasant. The complimentary tiramisu at the end was the perfect finishing touch. We want to express our sincere gratitude once again to Paoli and to Yasser for offering our family—visiting Florence for the first time—such amazing service and delicious food. And with the Fork app discount applied, it truly couldn’t have been better.

2/10Checked this place out for their steak based on a food critic as well as the high reviews only to be disappointed. Onion soup was bland. Ordered the T-bone as medium rare and it was completely rare. Served said it was medium rare. When asked for it to be cooked a little more, they brought it back out with half of the meat missing. Good thing I took a picture of the food prior to them taking it. Manager had to step in to get it sorted out. They also brought out the wrong beer at the start. It was corrected but the new one they brought was warm. When told about the issue, they brought a bucket of ice that took forever to “chill” the beer. Overall food is not worth the price. I don’t understand the high rating or the review it has.

5/10The ambiance is very nice. Unfortunately our food took way too long and was cold . The ossobuco risotto entree had three tiny pieces of meat. Poorly presented entree. However they did not charge us for that entree .

3/10The fioretina steak is way too overpriced and it was really hard to swallow because of the steak have too many veins, the male manager at the bar doesn’t seem like to welcome tourist, when me and wife sat on the sofa outside, he gave us a very bad look for a few times.

4.5/10Bad service, differential treatment for Asians. Food was average at best. Better to head to the many trattorias nearby, whose service is better, and food tastier and cheaper.
