Absolutely delicious and inventive food. Could not fault it. Lovely wine. Not many people in the restaurant at lunch and music a bit too loud but after a bit they did tie it down. Thoroughly recommend it.

Welcoming location in Turin city center. The vegan menu shows the chef continuous research on raw vegetables and their preparation. The result is an wonderful experience with flavors and textures.

Mind blowing! Chef Latini truly tantalised our taste buds. He took us on a voyage of nine different plates. Each time discovering a new sparkle of flavour and texture in this full vegan experience. Whether you are vegan (and we are not) or not, this is an experience I would recommend. He has pushed creativity and knowledge of high cuisine to high levels. We are really please to had this culinary experience and one we will repeat.

It was our first vegan gourmet experience. We loved it. The service was very attentive and friendly. We were able to try an amazing orange wine from Italy. All the dishes and the bread were super tasty. I could have used some butter with the bread and parmesan with the pasta though, probably out of habits.

It was an exceptional moment. The Chef is an artist, who brings you on an adventure in the worlds of vegetables - a discovery, that is totally vegan. A real pleasure - a memorable evening.
