The staff were very attentive. Nice little spot, shame it was raining when we went as it would be nice to sit outside.

The music was great and the service was great. The bacalhau was extremely salty, the stuffed squid was very chewy. The vegetables were clearly frozen before.

The food is good and the menu is creative, which I really liked. However, I found it a bit overpriced for what it offers. The service could also be more attentive. Overall, a good experience.

Attentive waiters and service

Excellent food and simple yet attentive service. The place itself is charming, but the floor we were seated on was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without raising your voice. While this isn’t the restaurant’s fault, it’s definitely something worth noting.

Service was good but not as attentive as it might been. Tempura Eggplant was great as were starters - hemp crusted wings and cauliflower. The steak was so-so and overcooked. The Portuguese Fransesinha was tried for the first time, the tomato sauce tasted like thin tomato soup (but maybe that’s how it is to be?). Definitely not a hit.

+2Antu was an excellent experience. It has a very cute patio, but we ended up sitting inside. Inside is furnished with original paintings from a Brazilian artist living in Lisbon, which adds greatly to the ambiance. The service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The lamb was great, so was the Octopus and the Portuguese paella. For appetizers, we had the pics pay, the hemp crusted cauliflower, and the polenta sticks. We truly enjoyed the whole experience, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is my second time visiting Antu and second time being absolutely taken away with the skill, presentation, taste and service. Definitely a must in Lisbon!

The food was excellent and the drinks perfect. We enjoyed the polenta sticks and cod. My kids got the paella and my husband got the octopus. For dessert the crumble and the basque chocolate cheesecake. Everything was really good.

The food was beautiful and also tasty, the service was super lovely, and the vibes were nice. Everything was comfortable (music, lights, ambient, noise), thank you very much. I would just recommend to have paper menu instead of the QR code, I believe we use our phones way too much in general and I am happy to disconnect when going out. And so my friends agree with me. But thank you for the experience, we gonna return.:)

Nice small restaurant with great art pieces in the walls and friendly , welcoming employees. Food is good but definitely not worth the full price since sizes of dishes are pretty moderate. Anyway, we enjoyed the bacalhau, octopus and the desserts but the starter plate to share was a joke. Please make it bigger and more consistent - pure onion, cucumber slices and peanuts should not belong there. But all in all for the price we paid with the 50% discount from thefork, the experience was fine. For us not really a place to return but considering they are located in the nowadays touristic Alfama, they probably won’t lack clients.

The lamb shanks were amazing and the cod was delicious too. Would definitely recommend.

The people were so nice, and the quality of the food was incredible. I was fortunate to be able to spend almost 3 hours there for lunch. I had the card and it was amazing and the cauliflower bites. It’s a little hidden gem in Alfama…..

great service and nice atmosphere in the heart of old lisbon. the food was good with a modern take on português typical dishes. the wine menu was 10x bigger than the food menu so best for drinking accompanied with food and not the other way around.

We went back 3 times because we wanted to try different items. My favorite was the fired eggplant!

My change of booking had not been registered despite being assured on phone it was done. So I arrived to be told I was late and they'd given my table away. I then sat upstairs. Starter and dessert choices did not inspire me but the risotto was very good.
