The food was really good, however sangria had some kind of ant floating in it and when questioned one of the staff members she said it was normal because of the small garden at the entrance of the restaurant. She wasn’t quite happy when we asked to replace the jar of sangria for another one (which we think she just took inside and brought the same one back except for the glasses). Apart from that, wee ordered Petiscos Portugueses, Francesinha and Bifana Sublime. The food was really tasty!

Regarding the sangria issue, we do apologize for any discomfort caused. However, the presence of a small fruit fly, while uncommon, can occasionally occur due to our proximity to a garden and our commitment to using fresh produce daily 😊 Upon being informed, our bar staff disposed the cited sangria jar right away and prepared a brand new one to ensure your satisfaction. Our apologies if this wasn't communicated clearly. We appreciate your feedback and we'll use it to enhance our service and communication. I am vegan and I appreciate the fully vegan places in Lisbon. However first hand experience was very disappointing, the food is not well cooked, you can notice the lack of hygiene and my friend got food poisoning. The ambience is excellent however the sauces they serve and combine are not well prepared nor combined, they are just there to numb the taste of the main ingredient which lacks of any flavor

Got the mountain shadow (oyster mushrooms), soup, and caramel and chocolate cake. The food was great, although the mushrooms themselves were a bit insipid. Staff was great and the restaurant is extremely pretty.

7/10It’s ok. The starters are just different types of mushrooms. The ravioli is very good, the other dishes I tried were ok. The desserts are good too, but they burned the sugar on my creme brûlée, so I couldn’t enjoy it as much.

10/10Fantastic meal with excellent service to match. One of the best plant based meals I have had in years. We also ordered some sandwiches for take out to eat the next day and they were top notch. If I lived in Lisbon I would frequent every month. Can’t recommend enough.

9.5/10Nice restaurant, with a nice ambience. We really liked the food. So good to see and taste that there are more and more vegetarian and vegan options in Lisbon then before. When you visit I suggest you try the Melancholic Sardine.

Pulled up as the meat-lover in a veggie crew, expecting to just survive the meal… but damn, the food was actually fire! Didn’t even miss the meat. Would come back again! We went using the 50% and definitely worth it!

10/10We are not vegans, but the food was truly delicious and creative, and the service was wonderful. We had the Islander and the ravioli, and both were excellent. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Lisbon.

Absolutely delicious. The flavors were all balanced, the plates well thought and the quantities accurately planned. I had a “choco” - in mushroom form - that was even more palatable than any “original” version I may have had in Setubal. I had “alheira”’so good I almost asked the waitress if she was SURE it was vegan. Mindblowingly good. A tangy vinegar on a proper serving of rucola (not just three spare leaves!) a dollop of delicious “esparregado” and tasty potatoes with a delicious sauce, never too sweet or overpowering. Last but DEFINITELY not least the creme brûlée flavored with orange and cardamom. A MUST, one of the best desserts I’ve tried in Lisbon and thankfully vegan. I honestly can’t wait to be back because I want to try the whole menu.
