The service and attention to detail was some of the best we have ever had. The doos was sublime and plentiful and the tasting menus were very good for the money

Offers excellent seasonal products and good pairing of Germany wine as usual. Just a bit suggestion about the service, apparently it needs more effort compare to top haute cuisine restaurant. Overall, the delicious dishes still worth a visit every season.

Perfect Red Tuna Summer Menu, with excellent service . Impressive combination of mediterranean and Toyo flavors. Elegant Germany wine pairing. Definitely a must visit restaurant in Valencia. Look to reunite again.

We had the 40€ degustation menu - you have to reserve ahead, it’s worth it. Each course was perfectly presented & delicious. It was great value for money. We would return and definitely recommend.

This was our second time to Apicius and we felt that it was even better than the first time! We had the special menu for Mothers Day. The chefs starters were wonderful: creative and very tasty. We especially liked the "espuma de guisantes" and the lettuce with a mild "crema de queso". The Iberian ham was delicious, as were the croquettes. We then hadhake with a creamy sauce (delicious) and caneloni filled with duck (fabulous), not to mention the wonderful chocolate dessert. We will be back soon! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very good cuisine and high quality service. The wife of the chief is very nice. The decoration is nice and the ambiance is relaxing. I strongly recommend this restaurant in valencia.
