amazing food and ambience, during peak hours it takes some time for a server to get to you but once youre order is in you dont have to wait for your food and from that point on the servers do keep circling back to you.

Great atmosphere, seabars very delicious, friendly staff but not very attentive. Sometimes they don’t hear the clients because they have microphones in their ears,

I love this place, the magnificent skills in the kitchen, the decor and interior; and most and foremost the family behind Aqua Asia. I have many great memories related to the excellent food but also celebrations of milestones. Thank you Mr Yam, Steven for tonight. And Michael of course but you were not there ;-). I will see you soon again ????????????????

I had eaten far better sushi in a more cheaper restaurants. The service speed was slow and I still can't believe they charge for tab water around 8 Euros.

The food was quite good but the service was poor. Even with a reservation we waited more than 10 minutes to be sitted. There was not a single person on the door that would host us! After sitted, it was also more than 10min to get a menu, that we only got after asking to three different people! Even though the food is good I wouldn’t come back due to the service

The food was excellent and the service was also very good. There’s also great views of the water. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I definitely will come back here on my next visit to Rotterdam !

We did not get any welcome words. Our jackets were not taken away. We were offered a terribly located table. Overall, really bad service.

The waiting time was too long, I wanted to have one more glass of wine and a dessert and it was not possible. The dessert was not offered and when I asked for the menu it never came. I even neded to stand up and go to the front desk an pay. The people from the service are nice, but they were not enough for the amount of people in the restauran, thus the waiting time became too long and it sort of ruined the experience in the end.

The food was excellently prepared, the menu card was confusing and there was little to know explanation. The wine was good. The seats were alright and the location perfect but for such a sophisticated restaurant and prices , I did expect more.

The food was tasty but the service has a lot of room for improvement. The evening started ok however it took 15 mins or so before we were asked if we wanted drinks or had the chance to look at a menu. Things improved after that however inexplicably there was a gap of 30 minutes or so before our final dishes arrived, the final dish turning up after we thought we had finished the meal (some 1 hour and 45 minutes after entering the restuarant). It was a Monday evening and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy so no real excuses. If this restaurant wants to remain popular then it really needs to up its game.

Fish was old, everything way too over salted. Nice place with good service but that doesn't make up for the bad quality food

We had the 5 course meal and the food was excellent overall. Three minor points that could be improved were (1) the black angus beef for the main course: was nice, not bad at all, but also not very special; (2) the desert (ice cream with browny) was a bit uninspired, why not coming up with something that fits the overall style of the restaurant; (3) the green tea came from a tea bag. At a restaurant of this category I would expect loose tea. Other than that, we had a fantastic evening with delicious food.
