Nothing special ,we expect more for a michelin restaurant

We appreciate your visit and value your feedback. While we understand your expectations, we’d like to clarify that our restaurant is not Michelin-starred but proudly Michelin-recommended. Our kitchen team, one of the youngest in the region (all under 26), is driven by passion and innovation, constantly aiming for improvement. This brings with it the excitement of growth and a modern approach. In preparing for your group, we had proposed a tailored tasting menu via email, which we believe would have elevated your experience significantly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, and in hindsight, we may have been too accommodating in allowing à la carte options for such a large group. Structuring the meal differently could have led to a more cohesive culinary experience. Your feedback would have been even more helpful if it included more details on what specifically did not meet your expectations. Aqua was an unexpected joy! We arrived early, no problem for our waiter who seated us and made us feel so welcome - the set menu was chosen and what a divine experience! Each dish was plated like an art form and tasted like heaven! The pasta was the best I have tasted in a while and although not usually a dessert eater, the treat that were presented were exquisite. Small tastes of extraordinary flavours and combinations - chef needs a crown! We loved our experience and would be back in a flash. Do yourself a favour. Views over the Lake were a bonus.

Excellent food: 10 Robust flavors with high ingredients and presentation. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Ambiance: modern with interesting artworks. High quality decor Service: disorganized and incredibly slow. 3 hr for appetizers and main entrees. After the first course was done, they left the dirty plates for over 15 min. Drinks came out near the end of the meal. We had to call the waiters for assistance vs having them check in. It was frustrating part of the experience.

Amazing food and a beautiful location. However, even as an experienced foodie and wine enthusiast, I felt condescension from the primary wait staff. Selecting wines by the glass was painful. None of the regional classics were available, and each choice was redirected. If you visit, for wine selection I suggest going for a bottle and standing your ground on preference, unless of course you are seeking a recommended pairing.

Fantastic place. The service was impeccable (only small quibble is that it felt a little slow at times, but that might just be because we're used to a faster pace in the U.S.). The food was really nice, especially the cacio e pepe, and everything was presented beautifully.

Such a lovely restaurant with awesome views of Lake Garda. We chose 2 different tasting menus (with wine pairings) and couldn't have been happier with the preparation of the food and overall attention to detail. We will definitely revisit if we find ourselves in Riva Del Garda again.

An amazing restaurant - great food, excellent service, and of course a breathtaking view! We had lunch, the place was empty, but do not be fooled by this; apparently, it is more of a evening and night spot. Local food with a modern twist; child friendly. Do not in any way skip desert!

Top restaurant. We took the degustation menu with wine arrangement. Almost 3 hours of excellent food and wine surprises and a lovely view on Lake Garda. We were sitting semi outside, the roof was closed later when it became a bit colder. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was not low but in good balance with the high quality.

Celebrated my mothers 80th birthday there. Warm welcome, great table with a stunning view on the lake! Attentive service and excellent food - we had the tasting menue and each course not only looked great but tasted delicious! Great value for money. I would highly recommend and would love to come back sometime.

Very nice location, in front of the sea. Good choice of courses, attendants very kind and helpful. I tried a meat tartare and a main course and they were great, and so was the glass of red wine they suggested me. Quality price ratio is ok.

We tasted so called "meat testing menu". We really enjoyed it, just probably I'd add more vegetables to it as it was too much meat :) The atmosphere and the view are fantastic. Recommend!

Unbelievable meal during our stay in Lake garda, staff were so attentive and very informative on the specials of the lake and the best food around. My partner and I shared the fish tartar starter which was probably the best bit of food I've ever eaten, freshwater sardines fried too were nothing like the salty sardines you get in Britain. Mains were delicious, and came in at under 80 euro including a bottle of local wine, which is less than we paid for food half as good and no starter in Venice 3 days ago, amazing atmosphere, a bit of luxury, a must for a chilled out stay at the lake
