10/10Carlo and Mateo made our dining experience incredible. The chef did an outstanding job on the baked sea bass and potato dish that accompanied the fish. We were served a zucchini blossom, complimentary which was so perfectly prepared. The wine list is impressive and we enjoyed a nice wine from Tuscany. We cannot say enough good things about Aquamarine, the food, the service and the ambience.

10/10Excellent food and atmosphere for lunch. Stuffed zucchini blossom followed by and incredible pasta with sea bass, garlic, olive oil. Staff friendly and efficient. Superb wines by the glass.

10/10My wife and I are visiting Rome for our spring break. We just had an incredibly delicious dinner at Aquamarina. Its assorted seafood carpaccio and tartare was outstanding. We shared the whole grilled turbot, which was also extraordinary. We are serious seafood lovers from Boston. I’m a Japanese guy. For us, Aquamarina is the best seafood restaurant on the planet!!! Our server Martino was extremely attentive too. We will return in 3 days to celebrate my birthday!

10/10Dinner was outstanding! Service was impeccable! We had amazing appetizers followed by the "catch of the day," which was a one kilo Sea Bass cooked to perfection. The chef came out when it was served, and our waiter expertly deboned, skinned and fileted it tableside. The waiter even prepared the "cheek" which was full of flavor! Dessert was a beautiful presentation and lots of flavor. Wine and cappuccino were very good. We wholeheartedly recommend Aquamarina!

10/10We were very lucky to have found this restaurant on the fork. The staff is warm, friendly, and professional. The food was above expectation. We were relaxed, comfortable and would frequent this establishment, if we lived in Rome. A satisfying and wonderful discovery.
