it's my second time in this restaurant. the first time was amazing! we ordered the chuletone 60 days dry aged, And we went back again and we ordered the same food again. the appetizers were amazing but the meat was not okay at all. like The taste is not the same. the tenderness is not the same so it's not really consistent.

One of the best steaks we have ever had. Truffle fries a must try. Also house Ribero duero a perfect pairing. Staff couldn’t have been more attentive.

Terrible service! Didn’t get our menus until 20mins after sitting down and were blatantly avoiding us when we were waving them down. They were acting busy when there was a total of five tables. They then proceeded to tell us that that didn’t have half of the menu when we were ordering. Food was good, however we were unaware that steak prices only included the steak and we had to order side dishes at an additional cost. Ask for steak rare however I was cold in middle.

I have been there with my family for my birthday and I have been many times there. Surely, there you can find one of the best chuletón of Madrid. They didn’t complain for bringing a cake from outside for the BD. 10 out of 10, I would give 20/10!

My date's stake came cold, but we quickly solved the issue and we got a new one. There is one interesting desert where the crape is flambated next to you and it's a nice show. Price was on the expensive side but not crazy, less then 100 euros for 2 people steak, wines, desert.

We’ve eaten here twice during our stay and have had a great experience both times. The service, food and ambiance are all top notch. Thank you for two wonderful evenings!

Our worst experience in Spain! Before we place our order, they brought us some “mise en bouche”, most restaurants do this on the house but they charged us 17€! The amount of food in the dishes were pretty small. Now I suspect they did it on purpose because we had a 30% discount, this is cheating. We had a bill of 300+€ before discount for 6 people, which is pretty high in Spain, but they did not offer any digestive drink. ALL other restaurants we went to offered at least a limoncello and this one was our most expensive dinner. Actually, after we paid the bill, we didn’t exist anymore to them. Is this their special treatment for tourists? Not sure, but for once, reviews on the Fork mislead us.

Food was amazing, and service too. We took a big steak (140 euro just the steak), which was served with a hot plate to keep it warm and to cook as you desired. Wine was super good too, and with a good price (24 euro). The only point is that we forgot about the discount and unfortunately they did not apply it, which is quite disappointed as we clearly booked with a 20% discount. So if you go to this restaurant, just be sure to check the bill and ask for the discount.

Was surprised when I received the check. Prices for a dish on the menu indicates EUR 60 for 2 kilos, when in reality it is EUR 60 per kilo, in the end a plate which we believed was EUR 60 became a EUR 140 dish. Everyone at the table felt the menu is misleading. The Restaurant staff did not even apologize.

Our first visit. Early dinner mid-week at 8.30pm. Great service. The meat was spectacular, especially the bife. Will definitely return.

The restaurant was crowded (it was a long weekend, with people celebrating mother's day). We were seated in a very small table that could barely hold our plates, not to mention the dishes we ordered. We had to wait around 30 mins after being seated just to take our drinks order. The waiter then apologized, explaining they were full. After that, things improved and we got our order in reasonable time. I still found it pricey and loud.

Even though the reservation promised 30% discount, we did not get it. Food was excellent, servings were generous. Staff is friendly, they know their food and apparently also they know lots of their customers. Ambience was OK, although some tables were very loud. I’ll go again and I’d recommend it for great food with a strong Venezuelan touch served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking in a nearby parking garage comes in handy as well.
