5/10Eggs Benedict were too runny including the white part, there was very little holandese sauce hidden between the egg and the bread (possibly brioche), and the bread felt stale and hard to chew. Orange juice was very small and served with many whole orange seeds floating on the top.

Just to clarify, the bread we serve with our Eggs Benedict is not brioche, but Pan de Chipá, a traditional cheese bread that has a different texture and flavor than brioche. We understand it might not be to everyone’s taste, but we choose it to give our dish a distinctive touch. Regarding the eggs and hollandaise sauce, as well as the orange juice, we’ll make sure to review these points with our team so we can improve. We truly value your comments as they help us grow and offer a better experience to our guests.

I am sorry that there was surely a missunderstanding and the person who charged you didn´t know that you were a reservation with discount from The fork, you can always remind us before paying so we can fix it if needed. Regarding to tips, our team always gives the client the option of leaving tips, we consider that a good service can be rewarded if you feel like. it.
