This was such an amazing, authentic pizza place we found online and came highly recommended to us by the receptionist at our hotel. The food was amazing. Staff so lovely and all around just an amazing time. This restaurant mixes your average fine dining with just a pizzeria and we could not have been happier. The most amazing pizza I’ve had. 10/10.

Our last night in Pisa and after checking out the reviews we went to Pizzeria Aria!!! Oh my, what a great decision, it was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was fabulous. The pizzas were more like a work of art, the chefs are obviously very passionate about their food!!! Normally a veggie pizza is a tad boring but not here, it felt special. Thank you for a great end to a perfect trip x

Very high quality food, after waiting for some time for a table (even with a reservation) we got a nice appetizer with a glass of Prosecco. Service was great, make sure to make a reservation.

service was excellent and the drink choices on the menu were great. I have found my new fav beer. the pizzas were excellent, but would have liked them a little warmer, but really fresh and tasty. If you are ever in Pisa it's a must for pizza.

We ordered 3 pizzas, all of them were very rich in taste and perfectly cooked. The waiter was very nice and helpful. We got complimented by some champagne and little snacks, it also was very delicious! Highly recommended. Also make sure to book a table in advance. Special thanks for very delicious tomato sous to dip pizza crusts 😅🫶🏾🫶🏾

Aria Pizza Ad Libitum was our favorite restaurant for pizza during our 5 week stay in Tuscany. The dough was light and the ingredients were tasty and fresh. The welcome Proseco was a nice touch. The Tris Di Fritto starter was also delicious. The friendly staff made you feel welcomed and the service was excellent. Reservations are a must and it is popular with locals.

The starters before the pizza were delicious and probably shouldn't have had so many despite how good they were. We couldn't finish our pzzas! Really tasty and one of the best we've had. Excellent service and ambiance. Highly recommended to get away from the tourist crowds.
