The price does not match the quality of the food. We ordered several types of meat - one was streaky, the other was so fatty that it was impossible to look at, let alone eat. There was a problem with parking near the restaurant - everything was taken. I liked that there were few people. But it is understandable why. I liked the polite and attentive staff.

We were a small group of four people. The service was friendly and the waiter took his time explain the menu to us in English. The food was different and tasty. The fresh, warm bread was delicious. At the end of the meal he served us a dessert wine on the house which made our meal very memorable.

This restaurant ticked all of the boxes for an incredibly authentic Portuguese dining experience with delicious food that was the perfect balance of elevated and hearty cuisine. The octopus was melt in your mouth good and the steak with mashed potatoes was executed to perfection. Beyond the food though, the intimate dining space and hospitable, friendly staff made it all even more top-notch.
