Delicious food and fine Tuscan wine. Though Italian cuisine, it evoked a nostalgic taste of Japanese cooking for us Japanese. We spent a most satisfying evening dining amidst wonderful hospitality.

Aroma is a next-level eating experience. Even the simple dishes are memorably delicious. The chef is creative, the presentation is beautiful, and the waiter makes the whole time there relaxing and wonderful. His recommendations are routinely superb.

The best dinner we had in Florence. The grilled octopus was perfect and the sea bass over spinach was fantastic. Get the chocolate souffle for dessert it was divine.

Superb experience. We had Octopus, Seafood Carbonara, and Whole Sea Bass cooked in salt with side of garden vegetables.We mentioned that we always share items, and each course was presented in shared plates. Started with complimentary glass of Prosecco and Amuse Bouche which was delicious. Sparkling Brut Chardonnay was perfect accompanying wine. Host/Server was helpful and spot on. A most excellent seafood restaurant in Firenze not to be missed. Small with only 5 tables so reservation is essential.

Fantastic little fish and seafood restaurant. Wonderful cooking and did some lovely extras such as freshly cooked bread and an amuse boucle. We all had a wonderful meal.

If you are looking for a quiet intimate space in a dining room that seats twelve and has outstanding food this would fit the bill. It was nice getting a bit off the beaten path to have this unique experience . Highly recommend!

This is a very small restaurant which was perfect for us for our 25th anniversary. The waiter was very focused on exceptional service and the chef was extraordinary! We saw the positive reviews and were not disappointed!! There was a famous person there the night we ate and I am sure they liked the private aspect. The Super Tuscan was incredible! Just a great night.

We have booked the table after reviewing options on The Fork, and had not regretted our choice. Initial surprise of being absolutely alone in the whole restaurant, which was strange in comparison to overcrowded places around, was explained: the restaurant is usually closed on Mondays, but for whichever reason it was changed for this particular day, while regular guests had not known. Starting with complimentary glasses of Prosecco, whole dinner experience was very positive. Proper bottle of Chardonnay went very fine with seafood selection that we opted for.

Very good and delicious fine Tuscan food, professional service! A little restaurant with an excellent kitchen, not that cheap, but more than worth of it! Delicious fish and seefood, lovely desserts... I can recommend it.

This was the Best restaurant and meal that we had in Florence. The meal was expertly cooked and the food was delicious. Service was excellent and attentive. Fine dining at its best.

Understated, specialist seafood restaurant of high quality. Reasonably priced. The sea bass ravioli was world class, the potato dumplings excellent and the seafood soup delectable. A lovely chocolate soufflé finished our meal. Utterly delightful.

The fish was probably the best I’ve had in Florence. Keeping in mind that because the city is so far away from the sea and being a place where one normally eats meat, the food was not in any way shape or form frozen but extremely fresh and tender! The service was also very good!

A wonderful dining experience! The preparation and presentation of the seafood dishes is done extremely well. Dinner was delicious , the service attentive and the atmosphere conducive to conversation since the tables are spaced well apart. Small intimate restaurant. We’ll definitely dine here again when next in Florence!

Absolutely disgusting! And ridiculously overpriced! €32 for 5 prawns!! My mum Ordered turbot and it was fishfingers! We got ripped off and felt massively disappointed!

So far, the best fish we have found in a Florence restaurant (and we have tried dozens). Will definitely return. Portions are quite small so be sure to order a starter (the polpo was outstanding). We had a pistachio semifreddo for pudding which was equally delicious. Including a small amount of wine the bill came to about 45 euros a head. Very fair considering the excellent meal we had.

Our dinner at Aroma was nothing short of delicious— from the Prosecco drink and the gift of savoury cod amuse bouche from the kitchen to ease us into dinner, the rest of the meal and the service was impeccable. There is nothing that I have to critique on the food, service, or menu offerings. Everything was spectacular.

Anniversary dinner could not have been better.... host was very accommodating and we were given complimentary appetizer and cookies.. fish was very fresh and delicious and came in wonderful light sauces.. the chocolate soufflé was the best !! Atmosphere very quiet and relaxing

Service was helpful and friendly. The dining room has a simple but comfortable feel, just a bit upscale. The food was all good, especially the whole fish for two, accompanied by an excellent medley of vegetables. The appetizers lacked a bit of impact, and the special pasta, a seafood carbonara, did not have the feel of a carbonara and, in any case, was not very good

Great , attentive service . Delicious pasta and branzino filet . Decontracted and pleasant atmosphere al Fresco except for some inconsiderate surrounding people who were not stopping to smoke and were making the dining experience not as pleasant as it could have .

Superb seafood; all courses excellent. Not very good wine list; limited and overpriced. Service was excellent initially, but it was difficult to get anyone's attention after we finished our mains.
