10/10Excellent! took my German family and they really enjoyed the menu. The service is what stood out for me most. The waiter was absolutely accommodating not only providing a high chair for our two year old but also making sure we had everything we needed and was patient with my 81 year old dad. Thanks so much for making this experience one to remember.. we will definitely go back

9.5/10This was a nice discovery in Cautro Caminos neighbourhood. So far it's the best Thai restaurant we have experienced in Madrid. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional, and prices were reasonable. I would certainly return here again if I am in that part of the city.

10/10Great food, authentic Thai, spice levels adapted. We had Tom yum and green thai curry with rice. The dessert with sweet rice and Mango was delicious and a great break from Sugary desserts.

10/10Green curry hit all the right spots for me (although quite spicy), pineapple fried rice was on point, and the starters (spring roll, satee) was good! Sadly no milk tea but a gooood Asian meal in Madrid!

8/10I was surprised that we were charged 1€ each for “servicio and aperitivo” (nothing was served as an appetizer although I saw they put the typical Chinese chips on some tables) then two of our party of 5 asked for tap water (a glass of water) and we were told they only had bottles. When we insisted, they insisted they had no tap water, which is illegal to do in Spain (Madrid) now. Others asked for wine and cokes, so it wasn’t as though we didn’t order any other drinks. The food was good, but we found that these details were very petty.

8/10Thaï food is really good. I would suggest to start with a soup, spicy or not. Then fried Thai noodles with chicken or shrimp is a must. To finish, The mango was excellent.

9/10Great food, good service, but we booked with a 30% discount offer and whilst it was applied to most of the food it wasn't to all of it (i.e. rice dish) , which is not explained in the fine print.

8.5/10This is the first time I've tried Thai's food in Madrid and I was surprised of the dishes here. The price is okay with 30% off but some items were charged without notice, so that's why I marked 4* for the experience. Otherwise, I love how the waitress and waiter take care of customer. I will come back for sure.

5/10We ordered foe Tom Yam soup and it was do salto and sour . When i told the waiter to alter its taste by adding something so that i could eat. But to my surprise comes the manager and says that i have problem with my taste and it cannot be alteres. In my travel experience of 26 years first time i have heard this. I have worked as a food taster in the UK and Asian countries. He didnt alter and also charged us for the soup Beware the prawns crackers are charged 3.00 euros which also they never told us . I will never go to Arroy Thai again sorry u have lost a customer

9.5/10After 3 months of lockdown it was fantastic to go out to a restaurant and have a really delicious meal. Both the red curry and the green curry were delicious with an authentic Thai taste. The attention to hygiene was very good, the waiting staff were attentive and the tables were at a good distance apart. I can't wait to go again!

7.5/10this restaurant charged me for 1 euro for each person, because I reserve with el tenedor . I asked a waiter about this charge, he said that if I will not reserve with el tenedor, they will not charge me. what a bad experience.
