Good food at reasonable prices and fantastic service - the warm welcome and attentive service by the staff members were noteworthy. We had a wonderful dinner.

Service was really slow, but was valentines day so to be expected, was really crammed but overall a good dinner experience.

Our servers were very friendly and provided great recommendations. The restaurant is family friendly.

Food was fresh, but service was absolutely terrible. The two waiters didn't take our orders when he acknowledged us but instead went to clear the table first which didn't have people. The table that he cleared was not woth reservations so I was reaally confused why he didnt prioritised us, but instead straightly went to cleared the table where there was no one at all. Also, when we wanted to check the bill, we waived to the waitress and I knew she saw us but instead she went to serve the other customers. We waited for ages to check the bill. When the bill came, they didn't even gave us the 30% discount, instead it came up with the full price!!?? We had to ask to change the bill, and the waitress who served us even gave us a cold look at the end when we checked the bill. although the food was great, the whole experience was absolutely terrible. So anyone who booked this restaurant pls pls double check your bill before you pay.

I booked a reservation on The Fork. When I came to the restaurant, staff denied my reservation, saying they didn’t receive anything from The Fork. Staff did not make any effort to resolve the problem. Sadly, I just left the restaurant.

Welcoming staff, good range of dishes, prompt service and tasty food. Lovely outdoor seating and great restaurant vibe. Staff attentive without being in your face. Had enjoyable time with family, would recommend.

Food was okay but the service was really bad. The waiter who took our order was rude, no one came to check on us after diner was served and the dirty plates were not taken away. We wanted to order dessert but no staff member made any effort to come to us so we just paid and left. Also loud pop music was playing like they wanted us to leave. I took my parents here for a nice meal but never again! Discount was not given initially.

in the offer from fork diacount covers everything in the menu except drinks. when I went to pay, he removed dessert from discounted prices even though it is in the menu covered by the discount. didn't like that.

Food comes in very large portions. Very affordable with the discount! Waiters are good looking and attentive. There’s an older waiter who may come across as slightly rude for some, and shows his frustrations when he’s confused. Overall, the restaurant is very quiet, spacious, and gigantic. There’s only a few tables occupied, the rest is empty.

Overall food was good and ambience is great. The restaurant is located at Arenas de Barcelona Mall, at ground floor (0 level), outside and attached to the mall itself.

Choose this based on review score (best of not great bunch in the area) and The Fork discount. Service was ok but food was poor (lasagne in particular). Nothing specific to send back, but just had feel of food that is pre-prepared and assembled on the premises. Even with The Fork 50% discount felt we’d been short changed.
