The food, service, and ambiance were phenomenal. Even though we (a party of 4) showed up an hour before the kitchen officially opened for dinner (7pm), the staff was friendly and offered delicious bar food and well-made cocktails that easily bridged the gap of time until dinner. All the food was expertly prepared and delicious (we ordered the filet, the salmon, the venison, and the chicken). The low rating on google is surprising, as our experience from start to finish was amazing.

River side was awesome. Tables well spaced. Filet de perch Geneva’s signature dish has too much garlic. Was cold and tasteless. Service was good though not attentively frequent. Generally Overpriced

Very pleasant , peaceful restaurant at lunch time with wonderful riverside terrace perfect on warm days. Friendly, efficient service . Good choice of well diversified options on the menu. Caution, at night it because a jumpy and noisier place which is wonderful for the younger crowd.

The team is just out of this world in terms of service! I dont remember all of their names, but to start Melinda, her manager, the waiters/tresses, barman…. I have rarely come accross such a great team of people. Quality if food and wine list is very good to excelent. Prices not the cheapest but worth it. Even quality if voffee and chocolates are great. But to me the team is what makes the biggest difference. Great people, sympa and very professiinsl.

Probably my worst review of Arthur’s since I have been lunching there for many years. Lobster risotto was very dry and surprisingly tasteless . Not slightly spicy as advertised on the menu and risotto was more like my morning porridge except much drier . Service as always by charming ladies but it took three requests for a bottle of water to arrive well after main course received. Perhaps handicapped by the current availability of staff for for the price I would expect far better. Peux mieux faire.

Had a group dinner at Arthur’s. Cocktails were excellent. Food was really good and wonderfully presented. We were not rushed even though it was quite busy. Overall, a very enjoyable evening. The location is excellent.

The Truffle Risotto was the best I have tasted ever! Highly recommended. Staff all friendly nice ambiance and the standards are very good. Pricey but worth it.

Good, reliable restaurant with a well diversified menu and an excellent choice of imaginative “plats du jour”. Pleasant , friendly service which could be a bit more attentive. All in all a pleasant experience . Of note is the great , weather allowing, riverside terrace.

Service was one of the poorest I’ve had encountered. Staff was not friendly in fact most had a sulking face. Had trofie w langoustine, trofie was nice w pesto sauce but langoustine was not fresh at all. Asked for medium rare steak came out medium. Veal Milanese was too salty. For the price of it all, it was really not worth it.

Service is pathetic! Food was good at least but they are understaffed and not particularly friendly. For the price they charge, that’s the least you’d expect. I had been warned but now I’ve seen it. Won’t go again

Disappointing and surprising that they do not offer gluten free options (bread and pasta). The staff also appeared unfamiliar with dietary requirements (and presumptuous with respect to reasons - yes, "gluten free" is in fashion, but some of us are genuinely intolerant and could do without arrogant smirks). At this point, they must be the only restaurant of its range in Geneva to not accommodate gluten free diet. I am not returning.

Kitchen staff ( starting with the chef) totally badly prepared for the new dishes on the menu as of this week. Am a regular client throughout the year and usually quite happy but today’s experience was a disaster. Without exageration it took 43 minutes to receive the main course ( unacceptable at lunch time) and when it came quality was so so (poularde de bresse) . Overcooked and therefore very dry it was only barely saved by a nice sauce on the geneva cardoons. Let us hope the chef will improve his skills by January.

Consistently good restaurant where I have lunch about 2 or 3 times a month. Very nice pleasant staff. Today’s lunch a bit disappointing due to very slow service because of new autumn menu. Our ravioli were served almost cold when they arrived at the table. Waitress apologized and offered free coffees . All is forgiven. However, for the second time at this restaurant , my the fork reservation was nowhere to be found . Recurrent problem with this app.

Am a regular since quality is good and location fantastic on a balmy day next to the river. A little bit miffed that they had no trace of my “La Fourchette” reservation which is annoying especially when you have a guest. Also , there seems to have been some change of staff and previous waitresses much friendlier than new ones.
