10/10The restaurant was highly recommended by our concierge. In fact, she shared a story of one of their frequent guests who comes to Lisboa for her birthday and celebrates at this establishment. After our three course meal, I can see why. The fish preparations were really good, especially the Dover sole in puff pastry my wife had. It was so good that the table next to us ordered the same when they saw it presented. By the way, the portions are large so I would recommend sharing dishes, including the appetizers, to try their specialties. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the regional wines and paired a nice bottle with our meal too. The only negative is the restaurant location - it is tucked back in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, loaded with bars and some graphite. But regardless, I would highly recommend it if you're in town.

10/10Wonderfull place, food espetacular, trilogia de bacalhau is just perfect and 3 could eat and be satisfied. Service very attentious. Not cheap, but the price was fair giving the experience. Would definetely return.

9/10We came to this restaurant to try the bacalhau after reading so many good reviews and we were not disappointed . The bacalhau trilogy was incredibly tasteful and a continuous surprise. Staff was attentive and the location is very traditional.

10/10Immediately it was clear that the staff are well trained, we were treated well. The octopus and the goat were great mains as was the shrimp appetizer. The white wine from the alentejo region is very acidic, pairing beautifully with seafood.

10/10Smaller restaurant off the main streets with a great ambience! You would never know a restaurant was here until you were directly next to it, but inside was a well-curated interior with great rustic charm. A real authentic Portuguese vibe amongst the crowd, with delicious salted cod based dishes to match. Staff were funny, knowledgable, and friendly, even giving us a complimentary glass of Port at the end of the meal. A great place to spend many hours with family and friends over good wine and authentic food.

7/10Appetisers a bit pricey considering the portion. Certain mains seems a bit overpriced as well (we had codfish and steak mignon), quality was alright though some codfish can be a bit salty. Service was slightly rushed (when ordering) as well. Can recommend if fancy some wine (many selections).

10/10Amazing little gem of a restaurant! Between our group, we got the trio of codfish (enough for 2 people), pork, and filet mignon Portuguese style and everything was so delicious and cooked to perfection. The service and ambiance were spectacular too. Highly recommend this place!!

10/10We keep coming back because the food is so good, the wine is fantastic (Alianca from Baga - amazing) and the servers remember us and bring us our favourites every time...one could say we're a creature of habit but why not returning where we're having a great experience everytime?

10/10From the very first moment, the staff are looking after you. One of the member of the staff, a young guy, explained me one of the dishes as i had some doubts and recommend me also a wine to marinate with. The service is 5 star as they were even opening the doors when customers were leaving the property, very kind and friendly in a very natural manner I would say. The atmosphere was peaceful and sublime. Delicious and taste dishes, so congratulations to the chefs too. I had the octopus and the famous Bacalao” Barrio Alto style. Thank you guys! Highly recommend it!

10/10We really enjoy going to this restaurant and were amazed the staff remembered I am lactose intolerant and the wine we drink! The service is so impressive, caring and professional at the same. My husband had is usual veal stroganoff - he's never tried anything else on the menu since he absolutely love it. I had the house speciality cod and it was very good, with a special mention on the tasteful brocoli purée. We'll be back!

10/10This is our 2nd visit and it was as great as the first time; the food is really good (my husband had the stroganoff veal and I had the pork both delicious and we shared the garlic prawns as a starter). The service is impeccable, classy but personable and attentive. And the restaurant setting is really romantic. I just wish they would use real candles instead of electric ones!

9.5/10This is a wonderful restaurant. The host was so welcoming and explained the menu to us in detail. We started with the octopus and then had the cod fish layered with potatoes and a corneal and coriander crust and the sole in flaky pastry. It was such a good experience that I wish we had another night to go back!

10/10Great restaurant for authentic Portguese cuisine. Rustic and very interesting dining area. The service was very attentive without being overwhelming. They were celebrating their anniversary of their opening and offered complimentary sparkling wine and desserts. We had a fabulous time.

7.5/10The dessert was really bad, expensive and without nothing different, was an Volcán de Chocolate, really bad. Entrance we ask for a Pastel de Bacalao, bad fried with oil used in other meet that gives a really bad taste. The rest was ok.

6.5/10Disappointed with the wine service.....tried very hard to sell me a bottle twice my budget even though I made it clear that I only wanted to pay a certain amount. The waiters generally were all trying to upsell throughout the evening...to some extent you expect this but it is usually quite subtle. So the food is quite good but there are a lot more pleasant places to eat in Lisbon....I felt that they had one hand in my pocket all evening!
