The meat was extremely chewy and the knives could hardly cut the meat. Not the high-end steakhouse that we thought we were going to. Had a very difficult time communicating with the weight staff. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Food was great and was delivered fast. Good amount, nice quality, cooked perfectly. Price, specially with the discount on The Fork is reasonable. The main 2 issues with this place are: - They book too many tables, so every reservation is seated late. If you want to be out of there quickly, avoid. - The acoustic of the place is terrible, so it gets way too loud at times. Other than that; they try hard and it's a nice place.

Absolutely delicious steak – we shared the tenderloin, ribeye, entrecôte and flank, all cooked perfectly medium rare as requested, each full of flavour. The chorizo starter was outstanding, though the grilled vegetables were underwhelming and it was disappointing that most of the red wines were unavailable. The young team worked incredibly hard to deliver great service, and we left very satisfied. Danny did an excellent job leading the team. Asado Central is a no-frills, unpretentious steakhouse that focuses on what matters most: top-quality meat, done right.

Second time at Asado Central and just as great! I don’t eat beef but loved the salads, chicken, and grilled provoleta cheese. Portions are big, food is tasty, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great parrilla with excellent value for money!

The Taste of the Dinner was really good and the Balance between Prize and volume was really adäquate. The time between first course and main course was to quick, that’s the reason why I couldn’t eat all being at risk that main course could get cold. The place is reachable really good not far from place de Sol.

Food 100% amazing. Very juicy meat. Medium rare was medium rare and not medium. However I got the starter after my main, it was a bit crowdy and no AC inside just a fan. All in all worth a visit just because of the meet but maybe more with friends or bigger groups than on a romantic date (I went with my friend). Would visit again in Madrid if I was close by!

Pros: Food was very good and the service from the waiters was excellent. Cons: Their reservation management isn’t good, looks like they overbook. We had to wait 20 minutes. Some people in the queue with the fork reservations didn’t had that much patience and just left. Another con: the place is small and it’s very hot inside.

Decent overall experience. The food was relatively inexpensive, especially with the 50% Fork discount. The steaks were mixed; the entrecote was very good but the ribeye was thin and straggly. All the food, including the steaks appear to have been precooked and then heated up on the chat grill, and none of it was hot. The fries were almost under done and the coleslaw was more like a vibrant pink soup. The steaks sauces were very good, and the flavour of the steaks were nice. The red wine arrived chilled, which was surprisingly nice. The service was mixed; out main server was new and nervous, and struggled to understand our order, but we were checked on often and told that anything could be rectified if not up to our standard. Theres only two tables outside, and two cramped dining rooms in the front and back at the restaurant. Most of the tables had napkins stuffed under the foot, and ours span like a flywheel. All in all, a good experience; I'd certainly go back knowing what to expect.
