I ordered a la carte with 30% discount. Both the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls (with shrimp) and the Pad Thai were excellent, and generous portions. Friendly, polite service, too.

The place is cool and well decorated. We were seated on the back and you could tell a smell to sewers coming up often with the breeze. The food was correct. We ordered Pad Thai, Rice Noodles Wok, and Ramen. But we received by mistake "Rice Wok" instead of the noodles. The staff offered to change it but we kept it. Some toppings on the Pad Thai tasted very "old" (peanuts), and the dish came with some pasta water on it which made it look more like a noodle soup. We had gyozas and summer rolls as starters which were very tasty! The summer rolls were vegetarian but included mango (attention for those allergic to it). Is not the first time we go to Asian Ways but we used to have a better food experience in the past. Thanks to the staff for honoring our booking when more people joined our group.

I love Asian food. I think I like every type of Asian food, actually. And sometimes it's hard to decide what kind of food I want to have. So when I found out there was an Asian restaurant in Gràcia that offered specialties from different Asian countries, I thought: I need to try that place. The name of the place is Asian ways and they offer gyozas, edamame, spring rolls, ramen, pad thai, babi pangang... It's kind of hard to find one's way in the menu but there's something that surprised me a lot: about a 1/4 of the menu is for gyozas... so I figured it was the best item on the menu... Nevertheless it turned out to be the worst thing we had. Whether they're steamed or grilled, they're just terrible ???? After that, the babi palang and pad thai I got to try tasted quite good but couldn't make me forget the taste of the gyozas. The restaurant itself looks like a fast food restaurant: very busy, very noisy... but very Asian too! As I said, the gyozas were terrible (did I say that?), but the worst part of the evening was the service: an inaudible waitress, another one who obviously started that night because, when I asked her to pack what was left of Kai's pad thai to go, she brought me a box to pack it myself, another one who didn't take the order properly because they ended up bringing the main courses after the first ones... not to mention that, when we sat the first thing they told us was that we only had our table for a limited time (although it was never stated during the booking). Fortunately, the restaurant is very cheap: thanks to TheFork we paid about €11 per person for first courses to share, a main course for each and a drink for each. Quality & taste: 5/10 Quantities: 9/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Originality: 8/10 Ratio price / quality: 5/10 Service: 3/10 How I felt afterwards: 6/10

Very good food, but as an Asian food lover I gotta say I was more impressed by the service and the silverware, ambiance and presentation rather than the food itself. Maybe because there is always a line I had higher expectations but a very good experience overall!
