9/10Food was excellent. The rack of lamb was as good as it gets & cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly & efficient. Nice well priced wine list too. We will be back. The only comment we would make was on the lighting. When it got dark & the lights came noticeable, it was extremely harsh. Softer lighting would change the whole atmosphere & style of the restaurant.

8/10Everything went very well except my main course ( Monkfish Kebab) was very poorly cooked...it was overcooked and burnt in parts. My wife's main course of pasta was superb. First time I have been disappointed there in many many years. Nonetheless, I shall return again because of the very efficient and friendly staff, especially the manager.

10/10The food was exquisite. The rack of lamb was perfectly pink and beautifully seasoned. The roasted cod was fabulous. The wine was beautiful, starters and deserts were also amazing especially the chocolate mousse! It was also ridiculously good value. Highly recommended!!!!

10/10Another superb evening meal at Atlantico. Food excellent (recommend monkfish kebab and tuna steak). First class service and friendly staff. Only regret is that my holiday in Luz is at an end and won’t be able to dine there again any time soon. Have a meal at Atlantico soon but I’d advise you book your table

8/10Our waiter seemed to be in a hurry to get our orders - we felt rushed. Then, he wouldn't check back for much longer than would be normal- even for waiters in Portugal who tend to give you time. He seemed to have a very negative attitude as well.

10/10Smaller venue, intimate ambiance. Service very friendly and attentive. Menu varied with good range of starters and mains. Food quality first class. On holiday in Luz and first visit on 25 September. So impressed we’ve booked to go again before we fly home. Thoroughly recommend

We had a delicious meal. The seafood soup (chowder style) was exceptional as were the Clams and the steak Portuguese. We could not fault the service and the food here. We will definitely come back in the future.

8.5/10The staff were very friendly and attentive at Atlantico. Service was excellent. The couverts were lovely as were the monkfish skewers, chicken skewers and tuna steak all washed down with a chilled white wine.

7/10Strange experience. Service extremely slow. Staff pleasant and helpful, but enormous tracts of time spent waiting. Food average. Have not returned during this stay and have not booked for next month. Perhaps we chose the wrong dishes and visited in the wrong night.

10/10Every dish was beautifully prepared with great attention to detail. The salmon cerviche was fresh and delicately flavoured and the mussels rich and indulgent. Great wine and impeccable service made the evening an absolute joy. We can’t wait to go back.

7.5/10Meal was good. 2 t bones purchased and both cooked as requested with artistic presentation. Food hot and arrived altogether. Monkfish skewers tasty but slightly over cooked for my liking but my sisters were fine. Service was a little slow and we had to ask for dessert menu which was a little lack lustre. There was only 1 portion of cheesecake left served in what appeared to be a made in a drinking glass, bit creamy and needed more biscuit base. The almond Portugese pudding was unusual but OK. It needed the addition of the icecream we requested which came at an extra cost. Wine list extensive and reasonably priced. Would I recommend this restaurant. Yes for the steak alone worth visiting. Staff friendly but don't expect any answers to face book messenger. I'd mentioned ours was a 40th wedding anniversary meal but no response. On the night they knew nothing about it.

5.5/10We had high hopes as the menu was looking good, we saw good reviews and it was close to the ocean. We had an early slot but still, not all dishes were available. It also took a lot of time to get served and in the end we left, not really done with dinner. We got pizza at our house

This was a great choice- lovely warm welcome. Menu was great and varied. Highly recommend the shrimp cocktail and the monkfish skewer. Service was perfect- thank you.
