We had the tasting menu with wine pairing, and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and full of balanced flavors — but what truly made the evening special was the service. The staff were simply exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our server explained each course and wine pairing with knowledge and enthusiasm, making us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. The timing was perfect, and the whole team worked together seamlessly. It’s clear that every detail, from the warm welcome to the final goodbye, is handled with real care and pride. This was not just a dinner — it was an experience we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend!

+1They really made my birthday so special! The service was perfection and the food was spectacular! We had the most incredible seat in the house with a view of the main dining room and fountain. The amount of history housed in the building was incredible to witness during our meal, we felt like we were dining in the Uffizi Gallery. Unparalleled experience all around.

One of the dining experiences I've ever had! The cuisine was thoughtful and perfectly executed along side a great selection of wines. The decor was stunning to say the least. The service was unmatched among many of my dining experiences with precise attention to detail and individually tailored service. Thank you again to the entire team, this was truly an experience I will not forget.

Every dish showcased exceptional craftsmanship, with flavors that were both refined and comforting. The highlight was the thoughtful touch of a personalized dessert for the event we were celebrating , making the evening even more meaningful. Etto is more than a restaurant; it’s a celebration of culinary artistry and heartfelt service.

I’ve been to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurants in the US and Europe. Chef Vito is sure to get more stars with his perfect symphony of taste, presentation, service and ambience. This place is special and consider yourself lucky to eat here before it becomes impossible to get a reservation. Get the Tour di Mare and pair it with sparkling wines or Tuscan wines. A truly spectacular meal that honestly goes beyond what some consider to be the best.

Beautiful setting, made even more special by exceptional knowledgeable service and incredible food. As someone who always seeks to eat at a Michelin starred restaurant regardless of where I travel this is amongst the most incredible. Food was extremely creative, visually appealing and delicious. Staff delivered service with the precision of a well choreographed dance- never missed a beat. Ambiance was elegant, but intimate; the dishes used to plate the food were in itself, works of art. This was our last dinner in Florence and we were so glad we chose Atto di Vito Mollica.

I've eaten at many Michelin star restaurants, and this one is right up there in terms of food quality, creativity, and especially ambiance and service. Really loved it. Was very skeptical of the champagne wine pairing, but it turned out to be a load of fun and worked great with the fish-based tasting menu.

Truly one of the best experiences ever. Besides the amazing ambience and the superb food creations, the service was outstanding, especially the sommelier! We really felt welcomed and cared about. Hope to come back soon.
