Server didn't put in our order for a salmon platter and then our order came out to the table beside us who came after us. After we asked, we then learned they ran out of salmon. Devastating.

It’s not easy to ruin sushi, but they managed to do it. The avocado was far too hard, the fried items were soggy instead of crispy, and the flavor combinations felt completely unbalanced. When we asked about one of the sets to understand what it included, the waiter said he would check with the kitchen and come back, instead, he brought the dish later on, when we had already ordered desserts, and seemed confused by our reaction. They didn’t include the desserts in the discount, and we had to remind them about the The Fork reservation even though we had already mentioned it. There was a clear lack of attention throughout the whole experience. The atmosphere, although visually nice, felt quite strange. They also claimed to have internet, but didn’t, even though their menu is via QR code. When it came time to pay, we had to use the manager’s phone, and he seemed suspicious, turning off the data immediately after the payment was made. Overall, very uncomfortable and disappointing.

We place great importance on both the quality of our food and our service, and your description does not reflect the standards we aim to maintain on a daily basis. Regarding some of the points mentioned, it is always best to inform us during your visit so that we can respond immediately and offer an appropriate solution. As for the The Fork discount, it applies under specific conditions, often excluding drinks and sometimes desserts, which may explain this point. We remain, of course, open to constructive feedback, but we do regret the particularly harsh tone of your message. Kind regards

The only thing that we didn’t like is the fact that the restaurant doesn’t serve any alcohol, even wine.

Nice atmosphere and acceptable service. The sushi is good, but not particularly outstanding. Prices are reasonable, especially with the TheFork discount. Just note that they don’t serve alcohol. Overall a positive experience.

We had a very nice time and the food is really good. The service would be improved since they bring all the food at once (even if you take starters) and they dont pick up your empty plates from the table

Food is good but not very Japanese style.

A new sushi place in European quater in Brussels. Friendly, cosy, nice sushi presentation. Sufficient choice from traditional Japanese varieties to more "European" kind with mayo on top :)

The food is very good; the pieces are well made (the proportion of rice to fish is good) and tasty, and the fish seems fresh. I was a bit sad that there was no sashimi on the menu. Need to have cups for serving tea (not glasses) and place to pour the soy sauce.

The guys there are so nice & hardworking! The sushi so worthy, they’ve a great space too! The lighting is so sophisticated, great for a date; I went with two friends and they said they will come back many times
