Very disappointing. Overpriced and not tasty food, not fresh and to be honest not well prepared, shady interior, ugly and smelling garden... service was ok but trying to compensate with weird not funny jokes. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

Nice local place with a variety of dishes. The place was really packed which is a good sign. Another good sign - the owner walking around and chatting with the customers as well as working alongside his crew. The food was delicious and so was the beer. We will definitely consider this place when we come to Brussels again. We will also gladly recommend eating here for our friends - this is indeed a great restaurant for a hearty Belgian dinner.

One of the best authentic places in Brussels. Nice experience! Just start your evening with Westmalle double and everything will be perfect! Enjoy!

At first the environment leaves you a bit unsettled, but then you start enjoying the informal setting, the loud chatting and the smoky lights. The food was great and the wide selection of bier is the cherry on the top! An authentic Belgian experience! Waiters are super friendly and funny!

I was looking for a place within walking distance to Forest National. The website for this restaurant caught my eye, so I made reservations through this site. I was extremely pleased with the greeting and quick seating when we arrived (not always something you experience in Belgium). The atmosphere is cool and eclectic and hints to a history going many years back. Coming from Waterloo where everything seems overly expensive, I was pleasantly surprised with the prices listed on the menu. I was even more surprised when the quality of the food was beyond what I expected (based on prices). The service was quick, and the staff super friendly. I can't wait to take other friends and family there.
