This hotel restaurant cultivates the atmosphere of a ferme auberge high in the Vosges mountains, although it is in fact very close to St Die. And the food and service are more in keeping with a restaurant with hearty portions and high quality products used. We have been before and will go again.

We had been to La Charriole under its previous management, and were not disappointed in the new team. Portions were large, notably of the entrecote steak, but all the food was very tasty. This is not fine dining, it is ferme auberge style, but it was all tasty and good. Recommended.
