Maximillian was a great server. It's a small and cozy restaurant. The food is very nice, particularly the desserts. The stairs to the one toilet is not that steep. If you are tall (180+ cm), then just watch your head. The set menu was great.

The service and ambiance were nice. The food was okay but I wouldn’t go back. I had the dish of the day which was pork and beef. The pork was dry and the beef was very gristly with a very bland sauce. We had the starter of the day and the eggs were very tasty! Waiter was very friendly and said he would bring bread with our French onion soup but it didn’t arrive - he was covering both sides of the restaurant so a bit spread thin.

We have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years. We’ve become friends with the chef and his wife. It is the place in Paris for French food at its best. Trés Bien.

It was a bit of a switch since we made a reservation for this restaurant and had it confirmed that day, but when we arrived were directed to the restaurant next door--L'Orangerie. Due to the vacation of the chef, we were informed it would be the same menu and ingredients by the same staff, but it was the ambience we had desired. As we had already traveled to get there we stayed. We felt we should have been informed when we made the reservation, so we could have waited a day until the chef returned. Excellent, attentive service.

The restaurant is long standing and I first went there over 20 years ago. Little changed. I love the collection of apprentice miniature furniture decorating the walls. Special shout out for the waiter, Max , gracious and brilliantly courteous ( an uncommon virtue) with the tourists , and his perfect English. Food is fine, classic French, but the fridge cold cheese surprised a bit ( but then even Guy Savoy was once guilty of this anomaly). A reliable ‘local’ in a slightly touristic drag.

We booked with The Fork which promised a 30% discount on the meal but no discount was recorded by the restaurant. Food was good. Toilette was in need of attention and repair.

The staff was very friendly and took time to chat with us and provided great service. We have been going to this restaurant for 25 years - every time we visit Paris. Always a wonderful experience!

A true gem of a family run restaurant. When we arrived there had been a mix up in our reservation by Fork saying only for 2 but there were 4 of us. After requesting we wait a bit, the madame did some rearranging and led us to a table for 4. She could not have been more gracious given it was likely our mistake. The menu du jour was only 29 Euros and I felt terribly guilty given the excellent quality of the meal that there was the 20% reduction from having booked through fork. We ate at a highly regarded restaurant the night before at almost 3 times the price and not nearly the same enjoyment. The restaurant was filled including a party of 13 but Madame never wavered and managed everything. The food came out perfectly prepared and delicious. The ambience was warm and the noise level not overwhelming. it was a truly wonderful experience. Go there but please leave a nice tip to overcome the reduction in price. They deserve it despite the fact it is not normal in France to tip.

We actually didn’t eat at Auberge de La Reine Blanche because it was closed. We were directed next door to the neighboring restaurant who cooked a fabulous meal. And the service was excellent.

The ravioli was AMAZING. We had Beof Bourguignon was delicious. Our waitress was very sweet. She was taking care of the entire restaurant w a smile. It was a little strange, when we showed up there was a sign on the door directing us to the restaurant next door to eat. So we were actually in L’Orangerie restaurant but had the menu from Auberge de la Reine Blanche…at least we think we did. :)

This is a lovely and somewhat hidden gem on Ile St. Louis . The food is a lovely & creative take on traditional French cuisine . The service is warm and friendly

Excellent food, ambience and location. The restaurant must have been in renovation but I followed the sign that took next door to its annex building. It was a bit not clear how to get the bourguignon that was the daily fish and that is very recommended with soft tender meat, great sauce and vegetables.

We were welcomed in and the service and the food were wonderful. After a week eating our way around Paris, this meal was one we will remember. Our French is poor at best and our waiter guided us through the menu and made recommendations. We highly recommend!

We had onion soup and snails as starters. Then beef bourguignon accompanied by a Bordeaux. We finished with creme brûlée and panna cotta with red fruits. Every single dish was delicious. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it, the atmosphere was super chill with soft jazz and candlelight topped by an amazing service. Price wise it’s incredible value, we payed around 40€ per person and was worth every penny. We highly recommend!

Our waiter was absolutely lovely. He would run to the restaurant next door to pick up our food. Auberge now shares the chef and kitchen from L’Orangerie. All of our food was hot and delicious and the server was delightful and explained the sharing between restaurants. Tonight we ate at L’Orangerie and the food was equally delicious and hot. Nice to see the cooperation between the two businesses working so well.

We were here a couple of days ago, when our river cruise was cancelled due to high waters we made another reservation at Auberge de la Rene Blanche. The second time the food was just as good, but I was so impressed by the service. The young man serving was all alone yet took care of so many tables with ease and grace. This is our last night in Paris. I would highly recommend the food, the quint setting and the outstanding service. Merci!!
