10/10This was our second visit to the restaurant within a few days during our stay in Alsace! We had a completely different menu and tried different wines on the second visit, which were again superb. It is especially nice when traveling to have a chef who spends as much care in creating beautiful plant-based dishes as with animal protein. At Auberge Le Bouc Bleu, one can enjoy an exquisite repast that is also well-balanced— a good meal in every sense. The service is excellent and we received informed and friendly guidance on selecting wines .

10/10My husband and I greatly appreciated the combination of fine cooking and presentation of dishes with the ethos of selecting quality, local ingredients. The “Menu Decouverte” was a wonderful way of discovering the chef’s choices for the ingredients of the day. The wine list was quite good; we are unfamiliar with the wines of this region and found the guidance of the server to be invaluable in helping to select wines to suit the dishes. This was one of the best meals we have enjoyed in quite a while and we hope to return during our stay in Alsace.

10/10We had heard about this restaurant from our friend Tony Foreman, a restauranteur from Baltimore Maryland (USA), who mentioned it on his radio program. I am glad I heard about this excellent restaurant. We had the prix fixe and two of us had wine pairings. The service was smooth and professional, yet we felt welcomed, even if we were struggling speaking French.

10/10Our group really enjoyed the chef’s “surprise” menu with the wine pairing. The courses were delicious and the wine was perfectly matched. The servers even remembered our food allergies and accommodated us all. The service was very friendly, welcoming and professional, We will definitely return!

+3Food was very tasty. We chose the degustation menu which was more than enough for one person (5 courses). The acompanying wines proposed by the waiter were also a good combination with the food. Overall a very pleasant experience!

10/10Very Friendly and cosy village restaurant. Two young compagnons are running the business: a Chef and the Maitre. Nice modern style cooking with fresh products like herbs etcetera out the region. Highly recommended!

10/10Wonderful discovery in Alsace , great friendly, knowledgeable service, well designed and affordable wine list. Food is creative, and well executed . Desserts are well balanced and not too sweet. This restaurant is a great place to have Lunch or dinner on the route des vins . Bravo to the entire Team, you made us feel at home !

10/10Lovely restaurant in a quiet village 15 minutes from Colmar. The food was wonderfully presented and the accompanying wine was superb. The service was equally impressive. This place a true gem !

10/10Once a year we come to Beblenheim to buy wine and whenever we come we eat at the restaurant. The food has always been great but the new owners have added a class more. A real treat, food can’t be fresher. The staff is super friendly and takes its time to explain everything. We can’t wait for the next time.
