10/10We go to Florence a lot. When I saw this restaurant my first impression was that it was a tourist trap. However, when I walked inside, I was presently surprised by a beautiful restaurant. The food and service were excellent as well. I would not hesitate to go back.

10/10We chose this restaurant for two reasons – its excellent rating and its closeness to the Palazzo Vecchio. When we made the reservation on The Fork, we discovered we would also be getting a 30% discount on the food, which was a lovely surprise. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and shown to a table inside. Our waiter was Edison. He has been in Italy for over 25 years and was originally from Albania. He was really great! We each enjoyed Ribollita alla Florentina to start. It is a Tuscan bread soup made with bread and vegetables and was delicious. My husband is a beef lover and what better place to enjoy beef than in this restaurant. He had the beef filet with Gorgonzola and walnut sauce while I enjoyed a plate of grilled vegetables – all accompanied by an excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige. My husband had a Chocolate Panna Cotta for dessert. We highly recommend Edison and this restaurant.

10/10A nice place with a new ambiance... at least outside. I was seated outside sadly, but it was still a nice place with heaters and all the staff checking in on me. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you're a fan of Assassin's Creed and want to support Ezio Auditore and his family (he's fictional).

10/10The atitudine of the staff was incredibly welcoming! They recommended the exactly kind of food we are looking for. Also the wine. The meat was exceptionally! The atmosphere was really Italian. The place is perfect near the walking area in “centro storico”

4.5/10We went for a florentine steak and it was incredibly disappointing. We asked for a rare steak and it was definitely overcooked and very tough. Nothing special and wouldn't recommend for a steak especially given the price.

4/10The beef with gorgonzola is literally 5 thin slices of beef with a very liquid sauce that barelly resembles a gorgonzola (the menu doesn't state that the gorgonzola is sauce). The beet risotto with gorgonzola is also very disapointing, same gorgonzola sauce with no flavour at all. Prices are also high (of these 2 options) considering that the amount of food is lower than average restaurants in Firenze.

7/10Food was excellent. Server was arrogant and became very frustrated and rude when I wouldn’t not order multiple steaks for the table. We ordered a 1.5kG steak which was plenty. It was excellent. Outside seating with heat and flys was not good.

10/10We enjoyed the restaurant very much. The waiter was very engaging with my 7 year old grandson who was with us and he added to the overall experience. We were a group of 6 people and we all very much enjoyed our food and enjoyed sitting outside!

8.5/10The T-bone is juicy!! But only two of us, it is quite difficult to finish the 1.4mg meat. The staff is very nice, he took out the T-bone and asked me to take photo with it before cooking. For the pasta, it is just normal.

6.5/10This was my least favorite of the places we ate in Florence. The menu online and the menu at the restaurant isnt exactly the same. The online one must be outdated. The waiter couldn't answer some basic questions about the menu. He seemed like either disinterested or new. People eating there were mostly English speaking tourists. I probably wouldn't eat here again but the food I did eat there was decent.
