Literally good friends there. We were the only "normal" customers, rest of people were playing poker. Food is really homemade and after we paid the bill the chef came to us to ask if everything went well. Definitely worth a visit if you want to check the local vibe.

The waitress was lovely, helpful, friendly and very good at her job. We felt welcomed and at ease eating our meal. The food was delicious; particularly the risotto. This dish was amazing! Very much recommend. (We went with our dog and she was given a bowl of water and cooed over. 4 legged friends very much welcomed)

we had 4 formules menu. for first course fwe all selected the onion soup, it was not good preparete,. It had a small portion of cheese served out side the soup. I had not never seen it. for the second ones we had different meals. Except the salmon, we did not like the rest of the options choose Also the desserts were very simple ones
Aux Bons AmisBonjour, quelle surprise!!! Pourquoi navoir rien dit sur place, nous aurions pu comprendre ou etait le problème ! Notre soupe à l'oignon fait pourtant un carton, et nos habitués la reprennent souvent. Oui un petit pot de gruyère est servi à côté...ou est le problème? Pour les plats , je ne comprends vraiment pas comment vous avez pu être déçus!!! Nos desserts sont simples, effectivement, comme le reste , mais avec du goût! Nous ne sommes pas un gastronomique, mais une bonne brasserie !! Simplicité, gourmandise c'est mieux que complication et pas bon!! Encore désolée que vous ayez été déçus et surtout que vous n'ayez pas su nous en faire part! Salutations gourmandes

With the 50% discount the food was affordable for us as South Africans. Just a word of advice, if you want it to stay affordable even with the voucher , DO NOT ORDER DRINKS. Our food bill was about R600 total , but ended up paying more that R1000. And we each had only 1 drink. And chose the cheapest beer on the menu. DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN DISCOUNT.

My husband and I had a fabulous meal. I had the omelette and added mushrooms instead of ham to make it vegetarian. Would definitely eat here again!
