7/10Food competently cooked but not very inspiring. Highlight was the thyme ice cream, lowlight tough duck. Even allowing for the Olympics, not cheap.

9.5/10It is at a small hill across from the Eiffel Tower. Super food and quiet space. Many locals. Did not know that tap water costs 7 euros. Both entrees are well done. Nice combo of ingredients. Dessert is pleasant but not too sweet, which is my favorite. Very busy and the staffs could be slower at attending when there were many customers. In general I would definitely recommend!

9.5/10Found by chance via The Fork tucked away on a side street near The Trocodero. Small traditional bistro serving locals and tourists offering a selection of traditional recipes well made and presented. Prices are higher than you would pay in the provinces for food at this level but Paris is an expensive place to run a business. Quality was high with good fresh salads. Simple choice of wines sold by the glass as well as pichet and bottle. Service was great the waitress being genuinely warm and friendly but professional this will be an address we will make an effort to return to.

7.5/10The pumpkin soup was tasty. The tuna steak was sizeable but ruined by being coated in a thick strongly flavored sauce.

10/10Very attentive from the moment we walked in. We we’re only in Paris for two nights and I came across Aux Cocottes on my maps. We went on a whim and feel extremely fortunate to have found this little gem. The neighborhood vibes and made it feel like we were amongst locals not tourist and the food was excellent!

9.5/10Very warm welcome. Well-balanced menu offering variety but not over-ambitious. Clearly cooked with care and individual attention. Duck exactly crisp but pink. Highly recommended. Seemingly a bit out of the way but in fact only 250m from the rue de Passy. Well worth the effort. You can boast about your "find".

10/10Located off of the main road, the area was pretty quiet. The interior reminded me of a wine cave. I loved our dinner here. I got a glass of rosé and the red wine-braised beef on linguine. The food was delicious. It got busy around 7pm. There were only two waitresses, but the service was still great. We had to waive to get their attention, but it might be the culture here. It makes for a more relaxed dining experience when they aren’t checking on you too often.

9/10We had a really pleasant dinner at Aux Cocottes. We had the signature baked egg dish that was exceptional as well as a gazpacho with middle eastern spices. My wife and I shared the chicken with an exceptional broccoli mousse and the pan fried gnocchi. We finished the meal with the creme brulee. Really enjoyed it.

10/10If you truly want a French restaurant experience, go to Cocottes. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed and then it gets even better. The service is very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the ambiance inviting and quaint. I have been to many other French restaurants and Cocottes is my favorite. As an English speaking person, the wait staff was very helpful in assisting with the menu and ordering. I felt very comfortable there and for the reasons listed above will definitely return to enjoy another meal at Cocottes. With all of the other dining options available to you nearby, I highly recommend going to Cocottes. You will be very pleased as I was.

10/10Small restaurant a bit away from the main streets. Super friendly service, delicious food from a small menue that covers meat, fish and a vegetarian option. Perfect location to stroll over after dinner to see the Eiffel Tower at night.

10/10The food was delicious and vegetarian-friendly. Service was awesome and made great recommendations. Be sure to try the tiramisu, it is absolutely amazing. This is a great spot for wine and dinner after seeing the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadéro which is just a 5ish minute walk away.

10/10Met a friend of mine here for lunch and the food was fantastic. We both ordered the chicken and it came out hot and tasty. It was a bit of a wait but we did not mind as we were catching up and the food was freshly prepared. It was worth the wait! I will definitely go back the next time we are in town!
