10/10The restaurant it’s located in a quiet area and the ambiance it’s also very welcoming. Since we’ve arrived, both of the waiters were very attentive and professional. They offer us suggestions regarding their menu and the food was above expectations. Definitely worth at least a try.

5/10Service was extremely rushed - 2 mins after ordering the starters they were placed on the table - starters taken away once finished and immediately replaced with mains - we didn’t stay for dessert as we knew they’d be out toot sweet - the lady server was more friendly than the guy - who was a tad grumpy - the water glasses tasted of detergent- thankfully the wine glasses didn’t - both starters were exceptional - the meat on the mains were barely cooked - sous vide chicken was translucent- the pork had not been rested and bled out on the plate - so much blood - all in all an unsatisfactory experience- main gripe was how quick the food came out - jeez let us breathe for a minute - plus points - starters - bread & oils were all very good - we would not return as we like to savour our food whilst dining out - and we wrongly presumed that a restaurant in a four star hotel would have the same ethos - unfortunately not!!!

7/10Delicious food. Restaurant was very cold though. Ac was too strong. This is a hotel restaurant and is lacking in atmosphere. We had two servers. One was very pleasant but the lady was quite rude especially when we arrived which we felt ruined our experience.

4/10We had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet them. We were seated at a distant corner table and didn’t feel very welcome. I requested a table further inside, but didn’t get a clear response. Bread and olive oil were served without us ordering, and we were charged €9 for 3 person , which felt excessive. The tenderloin was undercooked even though we asked for medium-well, and the plate was quite bloody — not to our taste. Overall, we left disappointed... expected a better experience.

We had dinner on June 9, and the restaurant kindly contacted us the day before and asked if we wanted to change our reservation time to 8:30 from 9:00 pm as they had a flamenco performance at 8:30. We went at 8:30 and the flamenco performance was wonderful and they also had two guitarists before the flamenco dancer. Dinner was excellent we had the Iberico ham, it was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly as was the grilled octopus. And the pistachio ice cream was lovely. The service was friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful evening.

8/10We did not eat out dessert as we didn’t like it . They took it away without enquiring. Otherwise food and service was very good . We were also treated to an excellent flamenco show that happened to be on that particular night . Food very good and well presented

To start we had the cold peanut soup and foie on a stick (like a magnum ice cream). For mains we had fish which the waiter said was “like sea bass”. The fish was a good size but it was served with cauliflower purée and another wet feel item that we can’t remember. The fish was well cooked and very moist. The problem was that there was no texture to any of the food. It was all very wet and slippery. How a proper piece of roasted cauliflower would make this a more enjoyable dish. I had the confit duck. It was very nice. All in all a nice evening but not deserving of a 9. Anything. Sorry!

7.5/10Horrible table next to the kitchen and service area. We felt we were put there because of the fork. The 2 service staff seemed rushed off their feet. The waiter trier to push the bread and olive cover charge. In Spain this is illegal now. You have to ask for it, and not the waiter service it automatically. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

5/10Unfortunately our experience left much to be desired. Some dishes were good, and it is clear the kitchen puts pride and effort into presentation, the execution and consistency fell short. This was most evident in the pork dish, where one plate was not properly prepared to the point of being inedible, where other diner’s plates were fine. Normally, the kitchen would be informed of this, and would take the opportunity to correct the dish, however the floor staff brushed aside the complaint, did not inform the kitchen and continued with service. This, combined with very rushed service, and sloppy wine pouring with little to no explanation and tasting notes put a damper on the entire experience. While I do not necessarily expect Michelin-level service, there is a certain standard which I believe the Chef and Manager would like to see their establishment held to, and service last night was well off that mark.

I regret to give just 4 out of 5 for the service, since the staff looked very professional and spoke good English. Still, this is about my reflections and I trust there's a room for improvement. First, they placed me at the very end next to the kitchen door, which was very disturbing all the time. Moreover, there was a trash bin to my nearest observation (while the rest of tables in the room remained unoccupied). Why did they do so? I don't know. Secondly, I refused bread, but they offered again, insisted, I didn't want to make any offense, tried a piece and... got it i to my bill included. Not fair in my opinion. Overall, big thanks to the chef. The food was delicious!

Everything was great, from start to finish. Ordered the Iberian Pork Cheeks and the Orange French Toast - both were delicious but the nappa cabbage puree mashed potatoes that came with the main were exceptional. The wines were also amazing!
